Yes, It is like a traditional rule also to keep the apartment clean. If one of my friends don't do that, I will not allow him/her to come into my house. Wos... I am only joking. rofl

Yes, yes I do take off my shoes.
I dislike wearing shoes. It makes my foot all wet a sweaty. That's why my friends and I always spend 5 minutes taking off our shoes in class. It feels good with no shoes.

ok, so in MY house..with MY parents..naw...prolly cuz my dad is american..and couldn't care..an my mom always walks around with her shoes on before she goes to work or gets in the car...
BUT..go to my MOM'S side of the family...SHOES OFF! and ALWAYS by the doorway or garage doorway...and either socks or Chanellas (spelling???)
i've only come across ONE fillipino house hold aside from mine..where "ok..you don't hab tu tik op yer shoz"

I usually take off my shows before entering my own house, but when going to a relatives house or the house of one of my dads friends to watch boxing, I always do. I don't like to walk around someone's house wearing shoes, and I feel bad even walking barefoot, so I always wear socks.
At home though, when I take off my shoes, my socks come off too, despite the floor being cold since it's not a rug but tile or wood.

Nowadays, I think everyone takes off their shoes before entering the house. o.O Even my Caucasian friend does it. Wouldn't want the carpet or floor dirty now do we? ^^;;
