Wrapping his arms around his shoulders, Haki glanced at Demetri before responding to Daitomi "I don't have a place to live in the village...and I don't know where my mom lives." he said softly, his cheeks red. He hated admitting he didn't know much about his mom or really anything about the village. He'd been raised at the Kage's estate outside the village "I don't know what to do. I don't have a headband either...cause mom's office is gone now." he mumbled. He didn't even have a teacher yet though his mom said she had someone in mind.

Dai looked at Haki with a sympathy look. She was once like that. Her childhood in Kiri was spent living in caves and looking for her birth parents. But when she started to develope her Origami Bloodline. She was ran out of the village and somehow survived to the outskirts of Kumo. This was her home and yet because of what she had done. The most sacred trust she had was broken. She looked at her hands and felt depressed at the look Kin-sama had given her hours ago. Dai looked at Demetri. "Perhaps, if it's alright with Demetri, you could stay with him. Until your mother, has everything settled about her ruined office." Dai stood up and untied her headband from around her neck. She walked over to Haki and held it out to him. "Here. Take my headband. I have a spare in my apartment. So you can have this one." She smiled at him. "I know it's not one your mom gave you...but it was one she gave me when I started out." Dai closed her eyes and paused for a moment. "But its a Kumo headband, no less." Dai looked at the young Oni as she continued to hold out her headband to him.

Demetri watched as the boy climb up the tree, that wasn't really what he meant by climbing but he guessed it was just as effective.He chuckled a bit when he said he couldn't come down. Then Dai went up and taught him how to stick himself to the tree with chakra and walk down it.Demetri gave Haki a thumbs up when he was able to get back down the tree. When Dai mentioned that Haki could maybe stay with him until the Raikage got everything settled he nodded."That fine with me, We can have a guys night out!"He said jokingly.

Haki looked less then thrilled...He liked Demetri, thought he was a nice guy but he didn't want to stay with him. He wanted to stay with his mom. Nor did he want Daitomi's headband "No..." he mumbled, shaking his head. He just...wanted to be with his mom right now I don't want someone elses... he looked away, quiet and didn't take the headband from Daitomi...

Demetri looked at Haki as he denied Dai headband and staying with him. He noticed the look he had on his face. He recognized it, because when he lost his parents. He was always like that, he would pass by shop windows and see himself in such a depressive state. Haki wasn't at the extent he was back then. But it was still the same, Demetri walked up to Haki and patted him on the back."Come on, lets go see what Lady Raikage is doing."

Dai tightened her fingers around her headband as Haki refused it. She felt sorry for him. All he wanted was to be with his mother. He was finally with her, but she hardly had time for him with being the Raikage. Dai closed her eyes and exhaled with a peaceful mind. She wasn't mad at the fact he denied her headband. She wasn't made at all. Dai tied her headband back around her neck. Dai looked at Demetri and smiled at the Chuunin as he motioned they go look for the Raikage. "I last saw her at her office, Demetri." Dai looked at Haki with a sweet smile. She wanted to help him; Dai couldn't bare the site of a child missing their parent(s). She had been in that state too. Terrible state for such a young mind to be in. But none the less. Dai wanted to help Haki and to see what the Kage's ruling was about her punishment. "No doubt she has yet to leave her office. Check there." Dai spoke.

He felt bad for refusing both Daitomi and Demetri but Haki just...He was still young enough to miss his mom and be selfish about it. Luckily, it seemed they both understood what was going on "...Sorry..." he mumbled as Demetri gave him a pat on the back, feeling guilty for acting so...spoiled. As Daitomi offered to take her to his mom as well, Haki gave a brief and very guilty smile to them both and nodded "Okay." his hands went to his hair a little, flattening a stubborn curl.

Demetri smiled as the boy apologized."Hey its fine, don't feel bad about it."With a reassuring grin. Demetri looked over at Dai as she told him where she last encountered the Raikage."Thank you Dai-san." he said with a bow.He could tell by the way she looked at Hakki that she felt some sort of connection with the boy."Would you like to come Dai-san? You could be of very much help in finding the raikage,since I'm not very good at locating people." He said to her, which was a lie but he wanted there to seem a reason for her to come if she wanted too. He had heard about the Raikage being mad at her when he was in the tree's. It would give her a different reason to come with them.

But understood, he was still young and wanted to be with the mom he barely knew. Dai looked at Demetri as he asked if she'd like to join them. Haki and Demetri continued to use "~san" after saying her name. Strangely, she didn't mind it. She hesitated for a moment and nodded. "I think my tracking skill could be of some use." Dai giggled. "I do want to become a well known OININ after all." She said with confidence. The Sensor looked at Haki and smiled. "Are you ready, Haki?" She asked before even making a move to walk out of the forest.

Haki smiled, finally with a bright happiness to it, and nodded "I'm ready..." he replied, still feeling a little unhappy at being selfish. But right now...he was happy to be going back to his mom's side.

Kein stopped once he reached the inner sections of the forest. He needed to catch his breath and as his running slowed to a jog then a walk he took several deep breaths to steady his breathing. He had sprinted full out since the village and none not even apollo could keep up with him at full blast. Once he reached a good ways into the forest he sat down and began to meditate. He trusted Haki. He didn't know why but he did. Pushing all that out of his mind he took a deep breath and tried to slow the shaking of his body. Why was he shaking, he couldn't place it, it wasn't fear nor fatigue. What was it. All he could figure was that he needed to get his daughters to safety. Where that was he didn't know.

With Samuru having a fake leg, it was hard to move as fast as she really could. Suzume could only hope that they would return in time so that she could help defend Kumo from Kein and rescue Haki. As they were passing through the forests that surrounded the mountains, Suzume soon heard a familiar bark. "Suzume!"

Stopping and having Samuru stop with her, the red head looked and saw that Cloud was rushing up towards them. "Cloud, what's wrong?"

Panting hard, the german shepherd replied "K-Kein... left Kumo. No one following... he's here... that way."

Looking in the direction the dog motioned, Suzume frowned before nodding her head and then looking back to Cloud. "Alright, but I need you to escort Samuru here back to Kumo. If I don't make it back in time, tell the Raikage he gave up willingly and that I wish for leniency on his part. Let them know where I will be fighting Kein so that any reinforcements left can be sent."

Turning her attention to Samuru now, she gave him a small bow before saying "I'm sorry I cannot escort you all the way back to Kumogakure, but I must do this. I will see you later back at the village." Hopefully.

Leaving Cloud with Samuru, she headed deeper into the forest, following Cloud's direction and homing in on Kein's own chakra signature. After the day she had been having with people, she planned on taking by surprise and killing him quickly. The other was a sannin after all, her first blow would have to be a surprise and it would have to be effective. As she drew closer, she knew that he would be able to lock onto her own chakra signature soon enough. It was why Suzume reached into her pouch and pulled out some smoke pellets.

When she was close enough, she threw one down by her feet, blurring her own chakra signature before throwing the rest towards Kein. He was busy meditating, she might have taken him off guard, but Suzume was still prepared on the off chance she could not get in an easy kill.

Moving behind Kein, she drew her blade and truck, her blade moving in a horizontal cut to try and sever the man's head from his neck.

He will then follow up by tossing multiple smoke pellets at his opponent, in order to disorient them. After this, the user will seemingly disappear, abusing their physical potential to get behind their target. From this position, the user will draw his weapon, and attempt to deliver the final blow.
