The Fatal Tan
A young man was approaching his wedding day. He decided that he'd look better in his tuxedo if he had a little color, so a week before the wedding he went to a tanning salon. The salon staff, however, told him that for his own safety, he could only tan for thirty minutes a day. After he'd tanned for thirty minutes, he decided it wasn't enough, so he went to another tanning salon the same day to tan. They told him the same thing. He still wasn't tan enough after that thirty minutes, so he went to a third tanning salon, and a fourth.
He did this for the next four days. Even though he was getting a little bit red, he kept thinking how good he'd look in his tuxedo.
The day before his wedding, he was found dead. His internal organs had all burst and fried from the tanning beds.

The Hitchhiker Driving along alone one night, a young man sees in his head lights a young pale woman dressed in white walking along the road. He slows down and asks her if she's OK and she says she's trying to get home. He offers her a ride, and she climbs in. She seems sad and lost and he asks for her story, but she just smiles, and says she's trying to get home. She gives him her address and name. They drive in silence, and they reach their destination. She thanks him kindly and gets out. He drives home, but can't get the girl out of his head. He waits a couple of days, and goes back to check up on her. An old woman comes to the door and he asks for her. It seems that the young woman was the old womans daughter that had died, hit by a car in the area that he described. She was sometimes seen walking along that stretch of road, asking kind strangers for rides, trying to reach home.
