you need a battle phase to be able to attack directly. Delta attacker says nothing about the battle phase just attacking.

what a blue eyes deck in locals i havent seen that since the first packs lol must full of noobs = im not talking s im just saying cool

This format mocks the speed of BEWD. True, but a banlist ago I saw a BEWD deck pwn at my locals. And locals doesn't completely lock any deck down until their most hated word comes up Regionals.
