Anime has never held me back yet, except money wise, but I see it as something that you could never grow out of. Once the bug has bitten you, your hooked for life. Even if you wander away from it, you will come back to it.

It's a bit sad to think of the possibility of growing out of it...

I can't see myself without anime, it is a part of me ever since I was small and I don't think it will never dissapear.

I have been surrounded and living with anime my whole life. So far I do not feel it has set me back except with my wallet, and has pushed me to fix any personality problems I might have had in the past. It is still a place for me to escape to and enjoy the little dramas and comedies and in-betweens.
