	Pandiecakes Maintenance people are really unreliable I've found. We're still in the process of having my bathroom remodeled, but so far it's been bare floor for a month at least. D: my parents live in a small 4 house condo (hope i spelt that right) and they were told that a maintenance worker would be coming out to mow the lawn and shovel snow they have been living there for 3 years and so far they have been doing everything themselves
