so i got some puppy chow, because Toby doesn't like the big dog food. and i don't want her to just eat cat food. i also bought a new leash, since her old one broke today.

i took her on a walk just around the block, then i came in and ate supper.
a bottle of crush soda with a big plate of hamburger helper.
i am going to guess i had closer to 2 helpings than one.

took toby back on another walk, this time we went to the park and i let her off her leash to play fetch with the ball. she's not always good at remembering to bring the ball back, but i need the extra exercise anyways. she's pretty good about listening, at least for me being a new owner and all. she didn't run off or chase anything. she came to her name. we ran back home.

i am drinking a water, soon to be flavored. =]

i should probably add up my calories so far.
i'll edit it in right after this colon: 1,386

Even though I can probably eat a lot less than 1,800, that's where I am going to start. For a week, anyways, 1,800 or under will be my goal.

I'll knock it down 100 calories each week unless I start to feel myself needing more. I won't go below 1,000.
And I would ideally like to get to about 1,200 consistently.
But we'll see.
We're almost 4 months in, and I've fallen off track really badly.
By now I was supposed to be like 15 pounds or so down. And I am not.

But it's okay. I'll get there.
I have 414 calories left for today.
And I don't want to use any until at least 2 hours from now.

I did not reach my 1,800 goal.
Instead, I ate in about the 2,000 by the time I went to bed.

Hoping for better today.
Breakfast was 440 calories.
I had 4 servings of this brocolli and cheese thing I mad. 45 calories per serving. So 180 calories.
Then I made a sub sandwhich, bringing me to 440.
I had a flavored water, and now I am drinking a diet coke.

Need to work on school.
I thought I'd show my bruise, btw.

Edit: Took Toby on a walk, but it was very brief.
Mom is making food, which I will eat later.
The butter she is using to butter it will be about 100 calories.
The ham, 50.
The cheese, 70.
The two pieces of bread, 120.
Adding that together, we have 340.

Edit: Breakfast+Lunch=780 calories for today.
Leaving me with 1020 for the rest of the day.
It's 8:30pm, and I won't be going to bed until about 6am.
So I have to divide that between 9 and a half hours.
I just ate not that long ago, so I won't eat again until at least 10pm.

I had 4 oreos, 240 calories.
As well as a sandwich at 210.

Earlier, I had a total of 780.

Bringing my total so far to be 990.

Leaving me with 810 calories left for the day.
And about 4 hours to consume them.
I am going to eat once more, and I'll update my calorie count once I figure out what I eat/how much of it.

Alright, i had some fruit(applesauce and a banana), a salad, some reduced fat cheezits, and 2 more oreos.(OHGOD GUILTY PLEASURE)

it all brought me just below 1,800.
I did figure out the exact. It was in the 700's.
But I am too lazy to detail it.

Today, I had a bowl of oatmeal with 2 pieces of toast.

uhh to lazy to really fill in the blanks or give details

im still fat
i'm still really lacking energy
and i still have my dog...for now

her owner is taking her back in a few weeks
sad

just doing my school work and job hunting. waiting for a call on an interview for a cleaning job. hope i get a shot.

MCA's tomorrow and wednesday.

Life is tough when other people d**k you around about your pets. We adopted a cat that the owners had left behind when they moved only to have them come *three months* after and ask us about their cat. We told them to ******** right off and that if they'd cared they might have come three *weeks* after... They caught our cat in the middle of the night, threw his collar at our door and left... We still have our memories of him. And though its cold comfort, it really is better than nothing.

*Pets* Things are tough but they'll get better.

got some samples for my headaches
if they work, i can go without a brain scan
otherwise my doctor said he'd have me get one done

starting prozac tomorrow

and um still fat
still very fat

not eating very well, but not necessarily overeating either.

today i ate burger king. like the whole ******** place. lol.(i had a bacon double cheese burger! and i had a small fry, AND a pop.)
but i felt like it wasn't a big deal since i so rarely eat fast food

then i didn't eat again until much later when i had a bowl of rice with shrimp and some sauce. oh, and brocolli. i thought that was pretty healthy. but it was a small bowl. i'll be hungry soon. but right now, i am just kind of having cramps and an upset stomach from eating the fast food. i pay for it.

i've been drinking non-diet pop for the past few days because we're quite literally out of everything...even milk or juice. so i just said ******** it.

i went to the food shelf the other day! but we still need to try and get grocceries this weekend. i need want a haircut, but it'll have to wait. i have to wait to do a lot of things.

job interview thursday. i have to do lots of laundry and cleaning before then. i think it'll help me feel less anxious.

right now i feel stuck because i want to shower but i've been so lazy on laundry that i literally have nothing clean to change into...

Goal, at least 60 percent complete in all classes by may 13th.

that's 3 weeks from now

by the end of this week i want them all at 30 or better

by the 29th I want 50 or better

And by the 13th we aim for 60

for the first week, my primary focus will be: Reading my book for English.
Finishing my math unit.
And finishing a history unit.

But I am doing better about being healthy.

Well, I am still not making a lot of progress on weight loss. But I am giving it time. I just started to kick up the exercise.

I had my friend Anna come stay for a few days, but I was sick, so I took her home earlier than I had planned. The prozac does seem to be helping and I've been doing slightly better, but my mom is in MEGA b***h mode lately. Examples here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHxOyQyQaRA

I had my ex come stay from Tuesday until Saturday, and we had a LOT of hot sex. Good times. =] I also ate less with him to keep me distracted. So that was good. cool

Today I've done 20 minutes of cardio so far, and I plan to do more later. Then work on school. If I can avoid my mom's bitchy bitchfest...

Good luck, things seem to be hard right now but you'll look back on it and either laugh or wonder how you got through it.

When it comes to school, just keep plugging away at it. My best friend more or less spent seven years in high school because she kept getting overwhelmed and quitting. But she went back every time and now she's got her diploma and is heading off to university for a 2 year diploma program to be a legal secretary, she's going to be out of university faster than I am (having started as soon as I graduated and quit and returned) and making about as much money as I'll be making when I'm done with less student loan than I'll have.

Just keep swimming little one, things will get better.

Alright, in a second I'll be updating my grades/progress in school.
I have until June 9th, that's 20 days from now, to be 100% complete in all courses.

I have a long way to go.
