Hmm, you'd have to assume, though. Most people join a "free gold here giveaway for you" guild to get money, not give away money.

I just joined Gaia a few weeks ago and have like no money at all. I've been trying to make some, but have no idea how to past forum posting. After looking around lots, I decided a guild like this might help. I assume most here have stories that mock mine to a T xD

But that said, yeah...all the begging is eh. But probably to be expected/unavoidable in a guild like this where it's solely gold giveaway haven.

i agreee with you but like me i got hacked and they stole most of my items and i just barely got my dream avi so it suck and now i have to start all over so people that have got hacked and the items were for the dream avi then i dont blame them asking for gold cuz i had worked hard to get my 2 dream avis and now till i got hacked i have no dream avi no more cuz all my items were stolen

A tip for new people joining gaia.sometimes in your daily chance you might,*might*,get philosopher's cache.
it costs around 175k-200k in the market now.you can choose to sell it on the market or open it.if you want to open it,its in your inventory under 'special'.
I have gotten it thrice already and it is very helpful.
