Sorry for being confused. I obviously still don't quite get it sweatdrop xd ...But if low luck really was for only dec and on to now, that would have been unfair for any couples who've tried for as many raffles last year as long as they could consecutively (and not every raffle is caught or people are on/available to enter.)

Different colorists can define "low luck" by whatever means they want to for that raffle. So King is choosing, for the purpose of this raffle, to define it as any couple that hasn't bred that has tried for every slot from December till now.

There might be other slots in the future in other raffles that define it differently - a different month, or a certain number of attempts n.n
