Ok, I'm going to victoria for a week tomorrow... I'm a little worried that I'll be able to make healthy choices but here's for doing my best.

I'm pretty sure I didn't gain weight, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow for my weigh in. ._.

I did walk alot, and in the parade, I ran and bounced around like a fairy, conspicuously enough, I was dressed as one (handing out condoms!) A safe sex fairy at that.

I had a lot of fun. I'm very happy.

I've been really good lately. like. REALLY good. Even though I've had chips and such it's never been to excess. I'm very happy.

Also sitting at 192.2

I've been eating really well lately, like. REALLY well, like salad with every meal and medium-small portion sizes.

Breakfast:
Black beans and toast 1 1/2 slices

Lunch:
Veggie burger w/ side Cesar salad.

Dinner:
1/2 small pizza (400 cal)
largish bowl salad w/ berry vinnagrette

Snackings
Small handful nuts,
Small portion tofu bbq.

25 min biking. AUGH. I'm *so* out of shape.

I over-ate last night. It was a very stupid incident of stupidity and exercising for the first time in a long time. ._.

I need to be smarter. I'm pretty sure I'm going to smarten up. I just need to get into the swing of eating right while exercising. Usually I exercise and then eat more, I should get my exercise done int he morning. ._.

So. I'm going hiking today, I'm pretty jazzed about it, 3 hours up the mountain, 3 hours down. : D Well, it'll be camping actually.

Know what burns 4500 calories in a weekend? A trip up a mountain. ._.

Admittedly that's not my calorie deficit, however, WOAH! I'm *so* sore.

So I'm building muscle, I know that but it's really REALLY hard to look at the scale jump up .8 lbs and not think it's a gain.

My waist is at 34 inches now though so I know I've lost size.

Ok, after eating badly for three straight days (like REALLY bad) I think I've gotten to the point where I'm used to eating dairy again. I went back to being a vegetarian. I suppose I went on a bit of a cheese bender, but I've also been depressed *and* I was all out of sorts after hiking.

I need to get better about eating when I exercise lots, because I'm pretty bad at it.

Ok, the scale says 192.8, which is actually a loss. I think I need new batteries for it or something. ._. It gives me wildly different numbers. Hm.

WOW. After about a week of really bad eating I've only gained 1.6 lb. Like. Overeating, NO exercise, seriously. I'm really pleased. I though I was going to be 200 lbs again.

Ok. I'm back down to 192.0 and I'm feeling like I've gained some equilibrium for myself. I've got my eating decent and I'm exercising again.

I hit 190! I can almost taste the 180s! 190.2 to be exact, but WOW! I'm so excited!

I've been using the daily plate a lot more. It tracks my calories very effectively and my exercise. I'm doing a lot better with my eating and exercise. I'm Seraphsody on there if anyone wants to be my friend. : P

Today in the gym I did.
10 min rowing, 2000 m
5 min stretch
15 min run 1 min, walk 2 min, at 3.5 and 7 mph
5 min stretch.

I'm just focusing on fitness from now on.
