He will explain it, but all I have to say is that it is very annoying after a while. You get used to it though.

Your character picks up items and tosses them in their backpack/sack/magical wtf ever they keep item in
You have to organize the items around to get maximum efficiency. Or you could just be stupid and teleport back to town every 4-5 items you pick up.

They could change a program in the third real quick and make the items be able to tilt and turn.
