Part 2 of 3
Kenshin and Omegamon are running towards Hyoga Cave, an air of tension brewing around the two. Omegamon has a good reason as to why Kenshin suddenly wanted to do this, but does not want to claim this until he asks him; the boy is known for doing things for ridiculous reasons.
He finally asks him, "Kenshin, you're not helping him out of sympathy are you?"
"No, it's not sympathy. I just want to fight some Digimon. Saving that kid's father is a great excuse!" Kenshin states, sticking his tongue out at his Digimon partner.
Omegamon smiles to himself, though it's kinda hard to tell due to not having a mouth, he now knows that Kenshin has gone into hero mode once more. He's just making up excuses to seem like a bad a**.
The Royal Knight is also concern about something else; the reason why the Yukidarumon went into the cave in the first place.
"It's up north over there." The Yukidarumon said to Kenshin. Raven hair then smirked with confidence, and ran towards the cave without Omegamon.
The Royal Knight stared at the same Yukidarumon, asking him, "Do you know why he went there in the first place?"
The snow man took Omegamon away from YukiAgumon, far enough so he could whisper in the Ultimate's ear. "Well, please don't tell YukiAgumon but, he wanted to make an adventure."
"Adventure?" Omegamon asked questionably. Something like that made very little sense.
"Well you see, he likes to tell his son a bunch of tales and adventures of his youth as a YukiAgumon. They were great at first, but now they've lost their effect on him. So he's been leaving the village almost every day to make new stories to tell his son." The explanation was simple and easy for Omegamon to understand, despite how stupid it seemed at first thought.
"I see...I should leave now. Kenshin can't do anything without me." The Royal Knight then flew towards Kenshin, easily catching up with him.
YukiAgumon, who heard the whole conversation, was crying even more than before.
Omegamon sighs as they near the cave.
The two finally reach Hyoga Cave, an icy hole in a mountain with icicles dangling from the outer ceiling. It looks like a mouth.
Omegamon walks inside the cave first, followed by Kenshin who was forced before for safety reasons. Minutes pass as they explore the dark hole in the mountain, with Kenshin occasionally calling out Yukidarumon's name.
Elsewhere in the cave Yukidarumon falls to the ground, groaning in pain from the damage he received. Cuts and bruises litter his body like a garbage dump, given to him by the 7 Hyogamon standing around him in a circle.
"C'mon old man, ya can't be this weak!!" One of them taunts him, kicking into his sides.
Yukidarumon tries his best to move, but finds himself to be too weak. "I can't beat them...I'm sorry, my son..."
"Let's put him out of his misery!!" Another one says, lifting up his mallet. Before he could do anything, he is slashed apart by a large blade.
All the Hyogamon look to see the Grey Sword of Omegamon, as well as the owner and Kenshin holding a metal staff. Kenshin then yells, "Yukidarumon!!"
The snow man looks up from where he lays, and sees Kenshin with a fierce look in his eyes. 'Who...who are they?'
