I've had a few as my decks changed.
But I have used Blue-Eyes White Dragons in a deck for about 10 years now.
But I do like cards like Gyaku-Gire Panda, Chainsaw Insect, Majestic Mech - Ohka and Homunculus the Alchemic Being.
But alot of my first decks I used the Familiar-Possessed cards.
When my best mate and me had Chaos Sorcerer decks (When you could use three). My powerful card that wasn't Chaos Sorcerer was Dark Magician of Chaos and his was Guardian Angel Joan. So they became our signature cards then.
Joan has remain one of his favourite cards.
But when we each build simular decks we like to choose some tech picks different from everyone else and each other. Gives the decks some character. So we have different Signature cards, not really sure what mine is at the moment. Probs Blast with Chain or Casefire.
That was a very long winded answer with no real answer in it.

My signature card WAS Cyber Jar... until I learned that it is banned. Now, it'd be Overdrive Teleporter or Morphing Jar #2. They rock.

Fox Fire :3 . I seriously love the little fellow, I don't care if treeborn beats the heck out of him, I like him anyway.
unfortunately, I had to take the foxes out of my deck during the latest overhaul... it made the deck run much tighter, but there are no fixes, and so I am sad D: Due to lack of foxes in my current deck, I would probably have to say Lava Golem is my signature card (srsly, I know some bad things have been said about him, but he srsly kicks all kinds of butt if you know how to use him)

Back in ages past, my sig was the use of the four origonal Monarchs.
Then it went to Ancient Gear Golem.
Then to Destiny Hero - Plasma.
After that it was The Wicked Avatar.
These days with the three decks that I run they are Great Shogun Shien, Volcanic Doomfire and Stardust in combo with Ancient Gear Golem (those two together make for loads of fun).
