English practice and help (Ayuda con el Ingles y practica)

I listen to music in english (I don't like national rock) and I sing it without trouble, but it's not the same to sing something that you already know the lyrics than speaking your mind as the ideas flow in your mind, to express myself is harder than to sing the lyrics.
I read book in english only, Anne rice and The golden compass are my latests, i don't search for the words I don't know 'cause i allways read in the street, but I should mark them and search them later.. I'll do that 3nodding
And the videogames I allways play them in its original english, unless my boyfriend asks me to play them in spanish, he doesn't understand english that easy.
And someone told me I was ready por the CAE (certificate in advanced english) but I believe she told me that 'cause she wanted me to pay for the more expensive (curso.. no me sale! course?) in that institute, I want to give that exam anyway

I'd always wanted to go to english classes but my father never wanted to pay me =(...
I dont think i'd pass the CAE exam and neither i think that they would let me even try to...

Pelmaza do you have the FCE ??
I'm sure that COURSE is not the same as CURSO, but i dont know how to say it ^^
Some personal questions... How old are you ?
Did you like The golden compass ?? Have you read The subtle knife and The amber spyglass ?? i'm reading TAS rite now

And i know that listening and singing is not the same as speaking something fresh in the moment... but it helps for vocabulary and pronunciation...

They are expensive exams, VERY expensive to go and fail, that's why I'm so afraid, I should just go, learn and do it
No, I didn't do the First 'couse people told me to prepare for the CAE, doing the FCE was useless at the time, now I don't know
haha course is maldicion or something, or was it curse? ajj I don't know!
I'm 24 years old, I LOVED the golden compass, I only raed the first one, I'm reading the second one, I started it yesterday. I don't remember the titles.. my memory sucks xp

COURSE is not the same as CURSO

Course actually means curso, but I'm not sure if it is in that way.

I think that Course is course of a boat at sea, not curso in an educational way, and curse was maldicion, maybe curso in an educational way is something completely different

Actually... If U wanna say "Curso" in an educational way, U've to say:

·(Clases sobre una materia) Course.
·(Año académico) Year.

I made some research, and they use "program" for our "curso" but they use "course" as well.
They normally use "course" for a river/sea "trip", its like a "path to follow"... thats what i learnt in my research =D ^^

now I can sleep at night xp I wasn't going to look for it by myself =P
so I was right all along? I used it for the boat at sea and had the doubt about course for "curso" educational (tell me I was right! gonk )

Hey guys curse means "maldicion" and yes the word you are looking for is course indeed =)

I took the FCE in 7th grade lol >.< I got an A, it was easy cake but then I will take the CAE next year I think Im not sure what are the school planes, we are also taking the Business English test at the end of highschool....Its boring but on the other hand it is good for your resume.
