100% Vulcan. And contrary to most popular belief, it is not entirely due to Spock (although he is a rather deciding factor.) I like the fact that they choose partners that they keep for life and have a close bond, even if they don't show their emotions. Because they don't show their emotions, it almost makes their relationships more intimate.

I picked Vulcan from your list but in actual fact my choice would have probably drifted more towards Trill.
But I suppose I selected them both for similar reasons:

1 - Both typically generally physically appealing
2 - Both hold culture, history & education in high regard.

But I would have prefered Trill because they're also about lifes endulgences and new/exciting experiences.

Andorians.... I've got a thing for blue skin, the antannae are a bonus, and most of all, Andorian women are equals and are VERY strong, and I love strong women.

Enterprise was generally not too well received, but I was actually quite forgiving (but not a fan) just because of things like that... They really tried to expand on many of the TOS races.... And they really made Andorians stand out like they should amongst the "who's who" of trek races.

i think a cardassian would be nice. i kind of find them attractive in a secretive kind of way. i also like that alot of them are suave. i would probably fall for an older gentelmen though because the older they are in cardassia the more friendly and interesting they seem. atleast to me.
