adult - look at ref! 8D (CEPT MAKE IT BETTER DX) hooves should be white, body is a couple of shades darker than the hooves.. an off-white almost cream color. could you make the pupil smaller as well, or make it a thin vertical line? X3 I'd also like to get two versions -- one with her clothing edits and such, and one without (but include the necklace and blue iris on the left side of her head as well!) for rp purposes.
foal - same as adult without edits 8D, your choice on what colors accessories are, though I should suggest the bands on the legs are the colors of the wrappings on the back of the legs (below her fuzzy leg... things) she has as an adult.

-extra markings: two dolphins in the shape of a heart on the chest just below the base of the neck (sort of centered between the point of shoulder on either foreleg). These would be in the same desaturated blue as the darker markings.

- A golden eye. biggrin I know he has two different colored eyes but soquili males only display one side of the face. x3
- His hair color is #615c70, and although he'll have the original hairstyle from the anime, instead of just ending the short hairstyle around the ears, the hairstyle at the neck will be long. D8;; Uh. yeah. =D I don't exactly have an idea in mind but please feel free to do whatever matches~ And his tail is a braided tail (custom tail, not the regular default one. XD) held together by purple beads (same color as necklace) at the end, and it extends all the way to the ground, trailing maybe? :3
- I'd like to have two versions of the adult stage. <3 If we could have a clothed version, where Homura has his hair, purple beads, shackles, and his big purple robe with the yen sign just hanging off of him. =DD Maybe it's dragging on the ground? @_@;; Whatever you think would be good!
- The unclothed version would be where Homura doesn't have a robe, but instead just the shackles, and beads. <33 So everything but the robe?
- The foal stage would have no edits except for the beads around his neck. :3 Just a regular hair style. And a regular blue + golden eye. <3
- The basket stage would look like the robe if possible. Light purple, with red fire shooting out at the bottom, somewhere on top, crookedly positioned is the yen symbol with it's stitch-like markings around it. The rim of the basket would be white for the first one and a grey on the second one.

Body: A bright green body that fades to yellow on her belly. She has scales upon her back and large chest scales on her belly. A few patches of scales are over her body too, like around her knees ect. All her scales are more hinted upon than very visible. They also have a slight iridescence to them in places.
Markings: Thin white stripes that alternate from long to short on her shoulders and back. Golden markings around her face and eyes that mirror the snakes. There is golden speckling around her ankles that fades into pale yellow curly fur around her hooves. (like the slight speckling between the snakes belly and his back)
Details: She has cloven gold hooves as well as a spiraling and curved horn in the middle of a patch of scales on her forehead. The fur around her hooves are slightly curly and her ears have a deer-ish look to them (poking out to the sides if possible)

Description: Please see the reference image for an idea of how we'd like the body to look, minus the white eye-holes, as it was a mask-type dealy. Those are the main colors to be used, and a general idea of pattern, but moderate artistic license is allowed since not everyone can do the same thing. Those are the exact shades though, so you should be able to eyedrop them off? There will be gold hooves, gold eyes, and a gold horn, to match the gold flecks in the body. We'd like the medium hairstyle, but the color can be up to you. We couldn't decide on a good complimentary color, lol.
