I'm assuming your in college, and I'm curious as to how much lunch costs for you.
How much do you spend per week on lunch,
And in what country/area of it do you live in?

I'm in my last year of High School. Sooo happy I will be out of that place and I live in the US. The college that I will be going to has a program where you pay a certin amount for all meals then you get points to pay for meals. I'm going 3.5 hours away from home for college.

I'm assuming you buy lunches then?
At my school the lunches are $2.10,
But I live near a grocery story with fresh produce.
I can usually keep my spending
Relatively low
(Around $10-$15 for bread, protein, veggie, fruit)
And I have food for more than a week of lunch.
This might not be an option for you
Depending on location and time,
But it can help you control your
Nutritional intake.

yes at my school its $2. I should try buying food to bring when ever I get money again.

I don't know your living/lunch buying situation,
But I go shopping with my parents every Sunday
When they buy my siblings food, and I pick out my own food
And try to match the cost of my siblings' food.

wish my parent would buy me food I have to buy my own if I want anything thats why I just stick to school for breakfast and lunch.

This weekend was pretty bad food wise since I had OM comp and bunches of junk food. Unfortunately we lost sad

I havent been drinking enough water lately since at school I would have to buy it and I lack money and I can never remember to grab a bottle before going to school. sad

I'm getting back into exeriseing again now that OM is over and I have more time.

My sister made me go running with her. I must say I'm really bad at running plus it was raining and cold since it was snowing all day and my pants kept falling down and I sliped on ice redface
When spring comes I will try to get better at running.


I need to find an exerice for my tummy. I hate sit ups but I guess that will be the thing to do

Also I'm horrible at push ups i tried the other day and I only got about 3
stressed

These are things I need to work on. 3nodding

Also, as for tummy excersizes, crunches are infinitely better than sit-ups. Uh... I forget why, exactly... Divash or Groovy Spleen or someone else here probably knows! 3nodding
