Hello, Phail here! It appears Ecstasy was in an LM that was only recently broken, and so is on a 6 month penalty and cannot be LMed until it is over (Broken June 5th; cooldown won't be over until Dec, current proposed LM changes are *not* in effect yet. They are for feedback only at this stage!)

Let me know if either of you have any questions.

Also, currently, "They're both free to breed with anyone else while mating." this statement will not work - to breed outside of an LM you need to make a surrogacy post where you need explicit permission from the other LM owner for each pony you want to breed with.
