She opened the drawer but she wasn't finding it. She sighed and walked out. "I'm not finding it."

He got up with a small sigh. "Gimme a second." He headed upstairs and into what was once his sisters room. He searched around a bit before finding a small brush. It wasn't much but he hoped it would work for her as he came back down stairs. "How's this?" He said handing it to her.

"Great... Thank you." She took it from him and started to brush out her hair as she walked back to the bathroom. She felt a little self conscious in just a towel around him.

He blushed softly as he watched her head back to the bathroom and quickly turned away, headed back to his book.

She brushed out her hair and then braided it before getting changed. She came out feeling a bit better, even of her cloths still smelled of sage. "We should get going before Bubbee wonders where I am." she fidgeted with the end of her braid.

Alex read for another second before closing the book and putting it off to the side as he stood. He noticed the still lingering scent of sage, but didn't pay it any attention. "You probably have a point." He smiled softly and took her hand.

She felt calmed again as he took her hand. "What were you reading?" She asked as they made their way to the door.

Opening the door for her he waited for her to go first before shutting the door behind them. "Just a book I had found in my sisters room while cleaning up one day. Mostly about myths and legends and stuff like that, but I find it interesting. Might even be something on you in their." He teased.

"Well that does sound interesting." She teased back with a smile.

"Mhmm. I'm not sure how much of it is true, if any of it even is. But it makes for an interesting read." He nodded.

"I'll have to look into it then." She leaned on him a little as they walked. At this point she was to tired to care about the other villagers staring at them.

"If you get stuck in bed all day I'll make sure to bring it by." He said with a nod. "Though you certainly seem to be feeling better. At the very least you're in a better mood."

"If tired is better." She smiled a little, "But thanks. I'd like that."  

[NightWerewolf]

"There could be worse things." He said, smiling back at her.

"I know." They were close to the shop now and Bubbee was rushing out. "Looks like I've been missed."
