"Yean, let's think of something else," Kyo agreed. By now the headache was mostly gone, but there were a few reluctant patches still clinging to him. It was very annoying.

Gikishou tried to think of something to do that wasn't too loud. "We could pullout a board game." he suggested, since it had been a while. "How about scrabble?"

"Probably not," Kyo said. "I'm not that interested in Scrabble. I played it once with a teacher. It was kind of boring." Then, as if a lightbulb had lit up in his mind, he received an idea. "Can we draw comics?" he asked somewhat excitedly.

Gikishou smiled. "Sure,I'll get us some pencils and drawing paper. He was a doodler himself, but he wanted to start on something new. He brought down the supplies and set them on the living room table.

Kyo then sat on the floor and he reached for a piece of paper and a pencil. His hand suddenly broke free from his control and started to draw a picture on its own. This was how it had always been when he wanted to draw something.

Gikishou smiled and began drawing his own picture of a bird with long lashes and elaborate plumage. Next he drew her a mate and nestlings. Hey, he had to do SOMETHING when he was bored in school, and he eventually got good.

Before long, Kyo had drawn a picture of the sea rushing against a cliff. On the edge of the cliff there stood two people staring at the sunset in the horizon. It was hard to tell what they were doing, but their bodies were close to each other so that their shadows intertwined.

Gikishou glanced at the other's drawing and smiled. "That looks amazing. Where'd you learn to draw like that?" he asked softly.

"I don't really know," Kyo said. "I guess it came from looking at paintings and reading books all the time." He drew a few birds in the sky and he was positive that they, along with the rest of the picture, were starting to move.

Gikishou smiled. "Wow, guess this makes my picture look pretty insignificant."he commented, looking at Kyo's work of art. "You should enter it in a contest or something, nothing would be able to top that."

"You really think so?" Kyo asked, adding the finishing touches to the drawing. "I don't think it's anything special. A lot of people have better drawings than mine."

GIkishou chuckled."And how many are your age?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "This is really good, trust me." He said, trying to hide his own picture before the other could see it.

"Ne, Giki-san, what are you hiding?" Kyo asked. "Can I see?" He didn't make any move to try to take a peek at whatever Giki-san was trying to hide, since it was probably something personal and he didn't want to invade on anyone's privacy.

Gikishou paused before nodding, showing him the small bird family and their nest. He didn't think it was much compared to what Kyo had made, but it got points for sensitivity.

"Eh~ They're so cute!" Kyo commented as he looked at the picture, a wide smile decorating his face. "They look like a very happy family. The babies look very healthy, too."
