I like how although it superficially sounds like a rather generic slightly soppy ballad affair, it actually has a lot more musical interest. The way it's written in terms of rhythm, texture and instrumentation is quite unusual, and the production makes it sound quite messy, almost spontaneous.
EDIT: It also depends on how you frame it, and what context you listen to it in. From the point of view of Boden as a folk musician, it seems a lot more meaningful than in the context of him as a pop musician.
