i heard of them, when i was twelve, a few years ago, i didn't like them that much, because i was really preppy and i thought that their music was gross, and then i heard their song mama, a few years later and i started to get into their music. plus a lot more things happened in life that made me a lot less preppy, and my friends would also listen to them, so that's basically how it began. they're probably the most down-to-earth band i know..

Two of my friends were obsessed with them. I claimed to hate them. I claimed to hate every song of theirs they sent to me. But then someone forced me to watch I'm Not Okay. I loved the video, and when she saw that I liked the song she sent me more songs and I got hooked biggrin
I'm Not Okay is still my favorite song.

I was surfing through youtube, and I remember some older kids talking about vampires and one said "vampires will enver hurt you" so I searched that and I got hooked! ahaha.

i heard about them from my freind Mia and she said they sucked so i decided to prove her wrong thats how i got into them and they are very good there like so awsome!

The very first MCR song I ever heard was "I'm Not Okay" on a racing video game called Burnout. Shortly after that I watched their video for "Helena" on FUSE, and I was convinced to buy their first and second CD.

Whenever i go to my friends and we play vid games he would put his ipod in this speaker thing and would play MCR and i fell in love with them from listening to them for about 2 hrs per day

Hm well. Weird story but, I was at Hot Topic
with my friends and my friends and I were
looking at stickers, and I saw this
'My Chemical Romance' Revenge-era
sticker, and I was like, 'That's a cool
sticker. I wonder if that's a good
band.' Then one day I heard WTTBP
on the radio, and I fell in love. <3
And here I am in this awesome guild.

One day I was walking around on the lovely (lawl sarcasm) GD when I saw some people bashing some band called My Chemical Romance, I and they were talking about this video called "Helena" and how bad it was.
Then while babysitting my cousin I was watching MTV when this video came on. I didn't catch who it was by. When I looked over there was this gorgeous boy with long black hair and a pale face singing. I thought the song was cool, and when it was over I saw that it said "Helena: My Chemical Romance" And I was like HEY. THOSE GD GUYS WERE MORONS.
I then memorized the song and hung out on their site every day for hours on end. My mom refused to buy me Revenge though, for some reason. crying Then later I got the Black Parade, memorized it, Got Revenge, memorized it, then I got Bullets and memorized THAT, then I went to their May 22nd concert and my life was ******** saved. I should've known they were ******** miracle workers when my SISTER started getting into them. My sister? Decent music taste? I thought it impossible until MCR. Now we're both in love. heart

My friend kept on repeating the Teenager song and such. On Msn, she asked me to listen to this Teenagers song on Youtube. That was the day I started to love them; even if it was a few months ago.. I think it was anyway.

ohh, long story, kinda.. my older sister heard of it from a friend and she loved the music vid of helena so much so she showed me the video in the internet.. i became a fan of mcr since then, lol.. but i wasnt that much big of a fan since the black parade album was released.. thats when i loved them so so much and i just couldnt stop listening to their music!! 4laugh
mcr saved my life.

Well, my friend Keith was telling me about them, and he let me listen to Welcome to the Black Parade, and after that I fell in love with them and had him burn me the cd and then I did research about them and from there I became a huge fan!
