So what department are you modding for right now anyways? How did you do it? Did you apply for it or something?

I've heard that they don't accept applications to become a mod of Gaia. In fact some websites come right out and say if you ask to become a mod you significantly hurt your chances of becoming one.

Basically the higher ups pick out random members. That they think are making a positive impact on the community. Then stalk them a bit looking at some past posts. And occasionally asking random people what they think about x person. And basically if you gain there interest in this way. There is a very small chance that you will not be given the position. Unless there are several people on the list and less spots open.

Then wouldn't it be less than 2 years? o.O My question was if you're going to be 18 by the time you graduate lol! So I guess you partially answered by saying that you won't be 18 by the time you graduate since you said it would take two more years and that you're only a Junior.
