For myself, I go on the assumption that it isn't changed until the Monday announcement is up, but I'm not about to call someone on it based on my own policy when someone else might not think that's the case. I think it was probably after the daily chance carts popped up when she said that [would have to check again to be sure], so some people would think that since it was Monday, the Monday word was in effect and the previous week's word was safe.}}

The Monday announcement isn't always done at the same time, and there have been times in which it wasn't put up until kind of late because everyone was busy. However, without the Monday announcement, it isn't quite as obvious what the new word is unless someone checks the front page when the day switches.}}
