Elyse: Indeed. First things first, I'm gonna clean house. People will repost their profiles so I can take stock of who's still active.
Then genin will be formed into teams, lead by jounin. Chuunin too if we don't have enough genin.
After that, mission assignments. I'll also try to brainstorm some story ideas and add more areas in the snow country.
Az: That'd be Oath's call but if you wanna start stuff between Kumo/Kiri and Yuki/Konoha, then I'd gladly say bring it on. XD
But I'm fairly sure Mana will get a bee up his skirt and veto the idea. xp
