Juli's mother was the only child of her branch of the Nara clan, she married a man bearing no Kekkai Genkai and they had one daughter, Juli, named for her mother's favorite fictional character. Juli grew in the warmth and safety of the family, but as serene as it appeared to outsiders she soon learned that there were deep secrets hidden within every truth. No lie was complete without truth to make it solid. No truth was pure, all bore some taint of perception. As she grew she made a point to be as serene on the ourside as she was complex within. Snow. All her life, Miyuki had lived in snow. She was born and raised in Yukigakure. Neither of her parents were anyone special. They spent their time earning money to make a living for their only child. They were never really concerned with making their name an honorable one or anything of the sort, just staying alive. They taught Miyuki some life lessons, which designed and crafted how she behaves in society as well as her fears... Throughout Miyuki's childhood, she expected to grow up and find some basic job around the village. Even as a young child, she never really dreamed. All children dream of becoming something fantastic, except Miyuki. In a way, it would sadden an older person to see a young girl, so full of brilliance and potential as Miyuki already resigning herself to a mediocre lifestyle. At age 7, Miyuki simply wanted to be realistic. Her brain had already wired itself to not dream, not think about any fantastical creature existing, simply know what was real and what was not. Amazing how one single even could manage to change a child's mind. Around age 9, a traveling entertainer arrived at the village and made Miyuki rethink her life.

He was a fool. But he entertained the crowd with music, juggling, etc. Miyuki, being her logical self, was not amused. She knew that he was going no where with his life and would end up broke and homeless, if he wasn't already. The entertainer saw the small girl, looking quite miserable, and decided to do something special for her. He pulled out a lifesize human puppet and had it dance to his music before Miyuki to make her smile. After all, an entertainer's goal was to make small children laugh. Not only did she smile, but Miyuki became fascinated, engrossed, with the puppet. How could it have so much movement as a wooden object? Almost as if it was a living being itself! For the rest of his stay, Miyuki followed the entertainer around in fascination trying to find out the secret behind his puppet. Due to its layers of clothing, Miyuki had not been able to see all the joints. The entertainer explained that making puppets realistic could be part of the entertainment of them. Since it is near impossible to cover up the joints of a puppet, one can simply cover them in clothing so that the audience cannot see. All the while, Miyuki nodded along with his description.

It was then that Miyuki decided to sing up for the academy. She knew that Puppeteer was a Ninja class, and what better way to follow her dreams of realism and puppets than becoming a ninja? When her parents found out about her signing up so young, they seemed sad, but at the same time they could not change her mind. The only two arts at the academy which Miyuki could even remotely do were Ninjutsu, and Miyuki's dreams for becoming a puppeteer slowly began to fade. Until she discovered that, to be a puppeteer, she had to do training outside of what was taught in class. While Miyuki did not graduate with any super high marks or anything of the sort, she finished her time at the academy and quickly left for Takumi to create her puppet as her final exam, as she thought of it, before she would return to get her headband. This is where her adventure begins...

The village leaders investigated his past and history but found no documents or records of a family or anything of that sort. He had literally just appeared into existence. His brain had matured much earlier then should have been possible, perhaps this was due to his possession of the Sakkakugan. He kept that secret away from everyone, he didn't want people to know that he possessed a Dojutsu.

He spent all of his time in the library, studying on everything from basic weaponry to highly advanced techniques. He studied all of the fighting styles and jutsu's that were recorded. He learned all of the handsigns and how to use all the elements. Even though he could only use water and wind, he still studied how each element worked. The village leaders saw an opportunity with him and allowed him access to secret scrolls. He spent his entire life since he appeared into existence studying things such as this, until he finished every book and scroll he could find. After that he decided to become a shinobi. He passed the academy in an hour, taking all of there final tests and scoring perfectly on them. He had a reason for why he did all of this and spent his life studying books and scrolls, but he keeps it as secret as his Sakkakugan.

Personality: Okamura is a person who seems to stay quiet to himself. He will only speak when spoken too, and when he does speak, it's as if he's a different person. He yells and vents frustration into attack's, just by looking at him you can tell that he is very stressed and would love to smash someones head into a wall, regardless who it is or what the law said... Okamura's horrible attitude has given him the nickname "Monosugoi Jōki" becuase of his ferocious attacks, his personality and his mysterious aura that seems to follow him that resembles steam. Okamura, although he is a very frustrated and stressed person he is also wise in his own way and will quickly say what he believes, which is only one of the reason's why he betrayed Kohana. He is not afraid to speak his mind and is a VERY intimidating person to come by.

• Shajiku No Ame [ Axle Of Rain ] - Offensive, Using great speed the user will feint front right to left which his basically moving swiftly from left to right at an angle towards your opponent. Then after your break the feint formation you will sprint towards your target and finish with a powerful forward thrust. [ E - Rank ]

• Sakamaku No Ame [ Rolling Rain ] - Defensive, This a simple Defensive form that mainly brings your Element of choice into play. Blending your Element with your Katana you create a upward slash creating a wave of the Element to cover you while you choose to either use it as an distraction or evade powerful attacks. [ E - Rank ]

• Yarazu No Ame [ Last Minute Rain ] - Offensive, This is a Technique used more when you have been either counted out or have an opening for a surprise assault. The user will simply drop their Katana but before it it's the ground the user will kick the base of the hilt sending it flying straight for their enemy in a stabbing motion. [ D - Rank ]

• Gofuu Juu [ May Wind, October Rain ] - Defensive, this a very useful and greatly used Technique. During battle the user will notice the flow in their fight as well as his target until he is able to synchronize with the enemies breathing making it easier for him to evade their attacks. Though it's one backlash is that you can only do it four times during battle. [ D - Rank ]

• Samidare [ Summer Rain ] - Offensive, This is a very distinctive Technique. Depending on the direction the user slashes whether it's left or right he will use the corresponding for that direction. The user will slash right using their right hand but it will simply be a feint a fake slash while the actual Katana is free falling to the users opposite to create the real slash after the target has been caught off guard for trying to dodge the feint. [ C - Rank ]

• Shibuki Ame [ Splashing Rain ] - Defensive, The user will simply flip his hold on the so that the tip of the blade is pointed on the side of him combing their Element with the Katana they will do a complete counter clockwise spin creating a Whirlwind defense of that said Element around them. [ C - Rank ]

• Mujitsu Ame [ Innocent Rain ] - Passive, Due to their overall Training the user has had an increase in speed. Giving them the ability to coat their on feet with Chakra so their movements almost look like brief flashes.

• Ganshiki Ame [ Insight Rain ] - Passive, Due to their overall Training the user has gained the ability to sense the mood of the air almost like a Sixth Sense. Meaning they notice and catch on to things much quicker as well as being able to sense the Hostile or Killer intent in someone.

• Shinotsuku Ame [ Pelting Rain ] - Offensive, This technique is very hard for some students to understand causing their road to end as a Swordsman here. The user will sprint towards their target and instead of slashing their target they slash around them causing their foe to collide with the attack on their own. [ B - Rank ]

• Taki No Mai [ Torrential Dance ] - Defensive, This technique has been known to be very useful defensive wise. The user will use their Element and coat their Katana with it then create a wave like screen over themselves that will mirror the user so that it would appear to be more of them. Works best with the Suiton Element. [ B - Rank ]

• Utsushi Ame [ Duplicate Rain ] - Offensive, This is a very discrete technique that requires great concentration. The user will use their Element and coat their blade then perform a upward slash creating almost like wave that rise in front of the foe. While the target is distracted by the reflection the wave makes the user will attack from above with a powerful slash. [ A - Rank ]

○ Itto-Ryu Iai: Shishi Sonson [ One Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Lion's Song ]
Description: Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attack rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and sheaths the sword.

○ Hiryuu Kaen [ Flying Dragon Impulse ]
Description: Using one sword wielded in his left hand or with his right hand gripping his left wrist for support [ or vice-versa ], the user jumps high up into the air and slashes his opponent. After slashing them, the user's opponent then goes numb from where they were slashed because the user embedded some of his own Chakra within that spot.

○ San-Juu-Roku Pondo Hou [ Single Sword Rising Phoenix ]
Description: The user holds his blade in his hand over his shoulder and then swings down. Then as he slashes he releases some of his Chakra in his Swords causing them to create a single spiraling Chakra wave.

Description: The user puts his swords on his forehead, like rhinoceros horns, and spins quickly.

Description: Two Chakra-based projectile slashes are sent downwards while falling as the user swings his swords downwards, with the gravity complimenting the force of the attack.

Okamura has had a hard life in the village of Kohana. When he was a Genin he was a ninja that was not to be reckoned with. His use to be cheerful and happy as he did his mission with his teammates. But everyone knew something was up about him... His cold stare when someone was speaking of him in a crude fashion would strike fear into them. His true self came out once he became a Chuunin, he got his own squad and their whining and yelling about how they weren't strong and how they would never be able to get Chuunin Rank let alone Jounin. It made him angry and he began to get more and more stressed from them. How he had to give them false pride so they would work harder just made it hard for him... He began to plot about, and think of killing them...

When Okamura was 20 he got married to his wife, a Bukijutsu ninja named Minorin Yuuska. They had a child and his name was Osamu Okamura Shirogane after his father. He is currently in the Academy and is working hard. As for Okamura, he was beginning to break down, his Steam aura growing thicker and thicker as time passed, it was only a matter of time... By this time, Okamura is now a Jounin... His hopeless squad still Genin...

After a certain Mission of capturing a Ninja that was taking secret scrolls from the leaf, and he escaped. His Squad Genin's found it not important, they felt they could walk all over him and when he asked them to train due to their recent failure and loss of an important scroll all they said was "Power will come our way when we become Chuunin!!" Then they laughed and cheered as if this were a cartoon. Okamura burst on them yelling "You Idiots! Power just doesn't come to you! You have to work for it!" The students laughed at him saying "Oh Yeah? I bet we could beat you!" Okamura finally snapped, he grabbed his blades and his eyes showed killer intent "Prove it..." That day he killed his squadron and one Jounin over anger and finally betrayed his land... He became rogue and is now on the verge of going insane, thinking of going back to Leaf and killing the rest because what he believes is that... Betrayal and Things that hurt others... It was the only way for them to learn that power didn't just come to them... they had to train for it....
