However, I never planned on putting other lands in as I pictured her getting rid of a tyrant who ruled over the entire planet. She took over his throne and but chose to rule peacefully, only acting aggressively if opposed by military or otherwise violent means. Any other time resistance would be dealt with in less drastic ways. She'd even be willing to talk things out if it was possible.]

To get even more political, it really is none of your character's business to go to some other land, take down their government, and then tell everyone how to live from then on. You might think it's a good thing to do if it was an oppressive government, but why can't the people set up their own government instead of installing yourself as the new dictator? Trading one dictator for another is by no means a good trade, and expecting people to live to your personal standards of "ideal" isn't any less oppressive.}}
