Allure's gaze sharpened on the Hypno as it approached. She knew little of this fiend, but from what she could tell it looked strong, and malicious. Something about that pendulum it held made her weary, luckily though she didn't need her eyes to see, even in this confusing, twisted nightmare of a world, the Hypno was close enough for her to use her inner-eye to see. With this technique in use, the dragon launched her first attack, knocking the Hypno off balance a bit. From her side she heard a familiar funny accent. "That's odd, you offering help instead of going in shells blazing?" The dragon joked. "No I don't mind at all." She quickly added, just encase he decided to take back his offer. Though it wasn't needed, as the Otter had already launched his attack... giving a huff as if to say 'nevermind' Allure turned her gaze back to the Hypno, who'd once more gone off balance. Readying a second attack, she however found the psychic was far more speedy than it lead one to believe. A blast of psychic energy blasted over the dragon, knocking her back a step. "Urg!" She growled. "So these ones do fight back." She voiced. "Then I won't feel sorry about this!" Opening her maw once more, the dragon released another pulse of power just like the other. This one met it's target just like the last, but still the Hypno stood... they were getting progressively harder.

Despite the corniness of her words, it seemed her team got the message. One after another the group attacked, leaving the Hypno no room to even say 'ouch' "Woo!" The Pichu exclaimed, leaping down from her tree to the ground below. While other teams struggled, it seemed the group of gal pals managed to fell their foe with ease. This was to say... not likely going to be the same come the next guardian. Climbing down her tree, the Pichu looked to the staircase up ahead. "We should go before another tries to block our path." ☆ ☆【Piper felt her unease growing at Ai’s confirmation that it was a form of hypnosis, already feeling her mind growing cloudy and her eyelids droopy as the droning noise in the background kept going. However, mustering up her strength and alertness helped to push back the sensation, it was clear that whatever was up ahead was using this hypnosis in an attempt to separate and weaken them. Following along a little with Vivace’s advice to Dotty, the Noivern shook her head to keep herself awake as she kept her focus on what was ahead. Sure enough, the source of the chanting revealed themselves to be Hypno, first one, then another, then dozens more materializing out from the trees and mist as more Pokemon pushed through to get to the next floor. She narrowed her eyes at Ai’s statement of how different this whole scenario felt… Piper felt like she could sense it a little too… something about these Hypno felt stronger… more threatening than the Drifloon and Sableye had been. Still, in spite of the danger the Noivern felt rather confident. They had to just defeat one of these guys to be able to move on, right? Plus they had a team of five strong, even if these guardians were tougher they would still have a difficult time dealing with a large team like theirs all at once.
With Radium’s rousing, if somewhat cheesy, speech and a shower of empowering sparks that cascaded over them, the team immediately jumped into action. Piper fired off the first shots with a couple of Dragon Pulses, followed up immediately by Ai who unleashed a wave of strong psychic energy at the Hypno to interrupt its hypnotic gestures and upset its balance before slamming it right in the chest with a Shadow Ball. Ducking down afterwards, Vivace shot a pair of brightly colored red and green beams over Ai’s head that smacked into the Hypno and seemed to disorient it a little, and Dotty moved in to land the final blow as she sent out a strange wave of energy that sent the Hypno flying several feet away before landing flat on its back in the mud, unmoving. The guardian hardly stood a chance against the barrage of attacks, Piper might’ve felt bad for it if it hadn’t been for the fact that it surely would’ve taken any chance it had to try to hurt her and her friends. It was probably for the best that they more or less denied the Hypno any opportunity it might’ve otherwise had to do so.
Piper smiled warmly as Radium cheered from her perch on the tree, the Pichu climbing down to join the rest of them as the path leading towards the stairs up ahead was cleared. The mud seemed to part down the middle somewhat to reveal a solid, grass-laden path that gave them a straight shot out of here. The Noivern looked around, a bit unsure of whether they should just go when there were quite a few teams that seemed to be having more of a difficult time against the Hypno. Radium did have a point, though, they should get out of this place before more of these guys showed up to get in their way. ”R-Right, let’s go then,” Piper agreed with a nod, gesturing for the others to come along. She’d follow along with them once they got moving, climbing up the stairs to get to the next floor and face whatever awaited them next. She certainly hoped the next area they’d have to go through was a bit more pleasant in comparison to the swamp they’d just journeyed through.】☆ ☆

A new place… Mystery Dungeon Mogwai spies a new friend! Daphnes, Chickpea, Dune
☆ ☆【Upon entering what looked like a clearing of some sort while Chickpea called out into the ether to try and locate their next foe, Mogwai noticed with a hint of concern how the path behind them seemed to slowly deteriorate into what looked like a sinkhole of some sort. Well, they were already this far in now, seemed going back from here wasn’t an option now. Sudden movement out of the corner of his eye caught his attention, the Bewear glancing over in time to see Daphnes sliding by in the mud to catch up with them as he had been lagging a bit behind due to his new bulk. To his alarm, however, instead of slowing down to a stop the slippery mud only kept the Shelgon’s momentum going with no signs of halting. Fearing that his friend would end up getting too far ahead and end up separated, or worse, being taken by some creepy fiend hiding out in the trees, Mogwai quickly picked up his pacing to try and catch up with his Dragon-type partner before something potentially bad happened. Sure enough, Daphnes’s slide did end up stopping, but not because he had done so himself. Rather, their new enemy, a yellow skinned, large-nosed Pokemon holding some kind of charm in its hand, had stepped in to block their path in time for the Shelgon to ram straight into it.
Upon seeing the creepy creature starting to reach for his companion after recovering quickly from the strike, Mogwai immediately jumped in as he smacked it away with a frosty punch right in the face. The force of the blow allowed them to put some distance between themselves and the big-nosed fiend, which the Bewear went to use to their advantage as he planted himself in between them and growled at the thing to try and intimidate it. He was more than relieved to hear that Dune was alright, he had momentarily forgotten that he’d still been carrying the Dunsparce in his rush to help Daphnes. This time, however, it seemed Dune was better prepared to face off against an enemy as a cluster of rocks already started to rise up from the mud around them, glowing with a primordial yet powerful energy. ”Gooooood!” Mogwai praised as Dune willed the rocks to fling themselves at the Hypno, burying it in a rocky tomb much like he had done to the Sableye earlier as he summoned more rocks to form a rocky shield around them. However, a burst of psychic energy pushed the rocks off of the Hypno as it recovered from the strike, angrily glaring at them as it used telekinesis to get back on its feet again. As soon as it did, though, a barrage of razor sharp leaves sliced into it as Chickpea caught up with them and jumped in to join the rest of them.
”Noooooot knoooooow…” the Bewear said with a frown at Dune’s exclaimed question, ”Moooooogwaaaaaaiiii juuuuust knooooow iiiiit baaaaaad guuuuuuy…” He vaguely recalled seeing a Pokemon like it being used at the Void lab he’d been held in, apparently some of the scientists there used its powers of hypnosis as a part of their ‘conditioning’ process for training Pokemon to follow their commands. Apparently it was much easier to be able to mold a Pokemon’s will to your own when you could implant anything you wanted into their mind with hypnotic suggestion… However, now wasn’t the time to think, the Hypno was still standing fairly strong as it narrowed its eyes at them, its chanting growing increasingly louder as it moved its hands about and began building up purple energies around it. Mogwai growled upon realizing that it was preparing to attack them, he had gotten the sense that these guardians would not only be much stronger but would be more capable of striking back. The Bewear’s free paw balled up in determination, he wasn’t going to let it get even a chance to try and hurt his friends if he could do anything about it. With a bellowing roar, he charged forward with his head lowered, the fur stiffening and gaining a sort of metallic sheen to it as he got closer and closer. The protective circle of rocks made by Dune’s attack followed after them as the Bewear rushed forth, which would surely strike the Hypno about the same time his attack did as he slammed right into the fiend with his steel hard head.】☆ ☆

Ai nodded to Radium. "Yes, let's." She eyed the other hypno as they quickly stepped up the blissfully dry pass. The faint headache she'd felt building from the constant low use of power slowly faded as they climbed higher over the swamp.
"How did you do that back there, Radium?" Ai asked. "I don't remember that stick being a sparkler," she chuckled. It seemed every battle the pichu brought out a new surprise. Thankfully so far it hadn't proved disastrous to their teamwork- on the contrary, it had worked out well for them.

Dice gave a roar and didn't hesitate to issue another attack on the Hypno as it desperately tried to flee given all the blows it was receiving. He summoned up an Iron Head and with toddler danger fierceness, ran headfirst into the Hypno. Unfortunately for the guardian, with the baby pokemon being so tiny, his charge was right level with the area just below the stomach. And Dice didn't go gentle. It was kind of a terrible final blow to have brought on a creature, but it was enough to send it toppling back in a yell of shock and pain and away from the group. Good! The Cubone gave a little squeak of triumph as the thing tried to scurry away, even chucking his bone at it and getting a final smack to its face. These nightmares would regret every choice ever made if this baby had his way.

Argo had taken to the air again as Allure and Noah got involved with the mysterious opponent that awaited them on this 'floor'. Turns out it was hypno that were luring pokemon in with that eerie chanting of theirs. While Argo didn't find it preferable to team up with Raf, he ended up doing so along with Luna simply because 3 was a bigger number than 1. After having landed two hits the first time, Argo was able to find an opening to attack the hypno twice more, first with a blast of water and another by flying right at it and striking it with his beak.

Noah gave a huff, thumbing the side of his nose as a smirk crossed his face at the jest. "Well ah seen how ye figh’ sheila, didn’t wanna get chomped if yeh though’ ya could manage alone!" He replied, snatching his shell from the air as it spiraled back to him. It seemed there wasn’t going to be much of a fuss about it and the Hypno reeled back around to launch a hefty psychic blast that Allure unfortunately caught the brunt of. She didn’t take it too kindly too as she launched a fierce pulse of her own power into the pokemon.
"Finalleh! A real blue ta get into!" He chimed gratefully, but not wanting to jump out and in the way of any other vicious blasts, joined in shooting off a chilly breeze if a blizzard at the Hypno as well.
