"Yeah." Shinji said as he smiled back then saw the tiredness on Zylver's face and giggled lightly. "We better go to bed." He stated as he took Zylver's hand and started to head to the stairs.

Zylver felt his hand burn.... he loved that warmth Shinji emited.
He followed the boy to the stairs up, and when they were going up, Shinji still holding his hand, Yori got out of the twins' room

Yori looked up and saw the two then noticed they were holding hands and frowned lightly. "......."

"Oh hey Yori." Shinji said as he looked at him then at the twins door. "Are they asleep?" He asked, not even noticing he still held Zylver's hand.

"Yeah. They are." Yori said as he went up to Shinji and grinned as he ruffled his hair then noggied him.

"Hey! Knock it off." He said as he let go of Zylver's hand and tried to stop Yori from doing the noogie."  

[Zylver_the_Dragon]

"Stop it. It's not the place to do this. He could fall downstairs trying to stop your little prank, and the noise would wake the ones that are now sleeping"
Zylver said in a low but at the same time strong voice. He went up a couple steps to emphasize his menacing yet protective pose.

Yori looked at Zylver and isghed as he let Shinji go. "Fine..I'm off then. Have work in the morning." He said as he grinned at Shinji. "Bye Shin." Then looked at Zylver. "Goodbye Zylver." Then left the house.

Zylver's muscles were tense as he saw him off, and he muttered a 'goodbye' that, like the one of Yori, was no friendly at all.
A side of him was relieved to have that man out and far from Shinji...
The other was a bit curious... that man had seemed to notice not nor his big pointy ears nor his strange coloured hair nor even his scales.... well.. it was the twins birthday... maybe he thought he had put some costume on....

"Phew.." Shinji said as he sighed heavily then looked at Zylver and smiled. "Thanks for the rescue. You saved me from getting head burn." He stated then giggled lightly.  

[Zylver_the_Dragon]

"Did he hurt you..?"
Zylver gently caressed Shinji's cheek with his knockles, but he was not aware of doing so, and blushed when se saw what he was doing.

Shinji blushed a dark red at the caressing and shook his head. "N-no..I-I'm f-fine..T'thank y-you for a-asking.."  

[Zylver_the_Dragon]

Zylver pulled his hand. He mistook Shinji's embarrassment to mean 'please, I already love someone else' and not the 'the one I like is caressing me' that it really meant.
"Sorry.... he should not treat you like that...." he said a little shy
"I'm going to bed... I'm quite tired..."

Shinji looked up at him and nodded as he smiled softly. "Okay. Night Xylver." He said.  

[Zylver_the_Dragon]

He had a sudden burst inside compelling him to kiss Shinji... he looked so sweet when he smiled...
He fought it and smiled a bit, waving good night and went to his room, his cheeks really red but at least Shinji could not see it.
He had been about to grab him from the arm, and pull him to kiss him... what was happening today with him....??

Shinji then went up to his room and isghed. "Man...today was hectic." He said to himself as he changed for bed. He laid down on the soft bed then closed his eyes and he fell asleep, having happy dreams of his family and Zylver.

Zylver slept and woke like always with the first sun.
He went to the shower and then he laid on the couch reading, waiting for the time to prepare breakfast.
He felt a little better than the previous day.
Maybe it was only the presence of Yori that caused him to feel all that...
