Kichi Mahiko †† sleepless †† Kichi was sure she wasn't going to hurt him, so he set down the notes. "W-well, everyone in here is either a fighter or a sacrifice." he explained as he looked at her. "The sacrifice gives the orders for how the fighter should attack or defend, or they can order them to do anything even when they're not fighting." Kichi didn't like that rule, but continued. "they also take all the pain in a fight." He smiled. "Also, everyone here has a name." he revealed his own for sleepless. "Two people with the same name are a team. The fighter of the team listens to the sacrifice and defends them, sort of like protectors. Wen they fight against other teams, they don't feel the pain they normally would." He explained.

~~Ururu Hisaki *Sleepless*~~ Ururu laughed when he saw Fuki jump at his words.
"Ururu just did the impossible and caught Fuki off gaurd." He heard Aya siad, grinning.
"Geez, what a scaredy cat!" He grinned teasingly.
"God, Ururu trying to give me a heart attack?" she asked laughing. "Its good, tryin to give this scattehead the five minute lesson on fighters." she said pointing to the new boy closest to her. "Anyways...Ururu, this is Shun a friend from middle school also my fighter." she said pointing to Shun, then she pointed to Kino. "Thats Kino, also another friend from middle school and Aya's fighter." she said smiling.
"Middle school friends huh? Hmmmmm Hiya! I'm Ururu and i'm a fighter too! This lovely little boy right here is K-" Ururu had turned around, expecting to see Kichi next to him; He eye's scanned the room, finally finding the little boy talking to the purple haired girl with bandages. He was surprised the little boy was actually talking to her, although he was happy that he was making friends on his own.
Deciding not to disturb him, Ururu pointed nonchalontly at Kichi and said, "That's my sacrifice, isn't he cute!" Ururu grinned happily, completly doting on Kichi."
"Anywho, ya' mind lowering your fields? I'm sure you two are experiencing killer headaches too." He said to the two new boys, now known as Shun and Kino.

"We care and act as we see fit, to show our careless wit."Shun looked up at Ururu and smiled happily as he held out his hand to shake his. "Hi! Its nice to meet you." He said then looked at Fuki and frowned slightly, "I'm not a scatterbrain. I'm just new at this." He stated as he crossed his arms over his chest. He could here his sister, Kiki, giggling in the desk behind him from his slight pouting and sighed. He then looked at Ururu and tilted his head when he told them to lower their fields. "Lower our fields? Umm how do we do that?" He asked in a confused tone. "We fall into slumber but are never graced with dreamed filled nights."
Kino looked at Ururu and ran him over in his head. He wasn't used to talking to people and the only people he have met this hyper is Shun and Fuki and he gotten used to it over the years. When he finished his rundown of the man he looked at his face and nodded his head in greeting, not wanting to be rude.
When Ururu told them to lower their fields, Kino nodded again and did just that. He sighed softly in relief as his headache started to go away a bit. He looked at Shun and wondered how he was going to explain this and went deep into thought of ways to explain it but not in a simple way for a newbie to understand and hoped someone could helphim out as he looked at Fuki, Aya and Ururu for help.

We care and act as we see fit, to show our careless witFuki pouted at the scaredy cat comment as she sighed. "Bet you won't scare me again." she said mischeviously as she laughed. Fuki listened too Shun laughing, "Your a scatterbrain in general." she said grinning. She thought it was strange when she didn't see Kichi next to Ururu. Instead she saw him talking to the other girl covered in bandages. "Hmm, I think her name is Hisa or something like that." she murmered unsure, she only heard of a girl who looked like her from some people at the dojo she attended. At the cute comment she laughed, about to say something but decided not to.
When asked about the fields be lowered she shook her head, holding her hands up as if to say 'i give up'. "I wasn't ever told about how to do that. Sacrifrice not a figh-..." she paused rethinking her words, "Not a spell fighter." she said. "Sorry Shun." she said giving a sheepish smile. We fall into slumber but are never graced with dreamed filled nights Aya smiled as he stayed silent glancing at Kino. At the bet Aya chuckled, "Thats a hard bet to take up on..." he said thinking about it but not really. At the question about the fields, Aya also shook his head as he also didn't know the answer to it.

Hisa listened intently to the boy's explanation, trying to digest the information. It was over all, very bazaar. She wasn't sure what to make of this fighter and sacrifice business, except that the class was about fighting. That she could handle. When the boy mentioned names and showed Hisa his, she felt a sort of panic seize her. It was like the word on her left shoulder blade, the word she detested. He was Sleepless, she was Relentless; relentless to survive. Hisa trembled, ‘When will my mother ever let me go?’
Not wanting the boy to notice her panic, Hisa forced herself to appear calm and asked another question to keep him talking, “How do you know whether you are a sacrifice or a fighter?”
—Relentless— "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect— Relentless in life."

Sighing slightly, Yuujinchou carried his plate back into the living room. "That sounded as stupid as I thought it did." he spoke, blushing slightly. "Guess it just helps my imagine of being socially awkward." Of course Jin was teasing and poking fun at himself, but he sat down nevertheless, glad to actually have someone to talk to who wasn't so critical of his every word.
"Of course, sensei." Ryoji replied with a smile at seriously bordered on a smirk. "Just what task would that..." Thunk For a moment, the purple haired youth didn't do anything. In fact, he seemed to have completely ignored the origami shurikan. "What task would that be exactly?" he asked, before shooting Shuichi with the coldest quick glare he could manage. That wouldn't be going unpunished any time soon. In fact... the moment that class was over... Ryoji bet that he would have Shuichi either unconscious or begging him to stop. An apology wasn't going to change his mind either.
Laughing, Ginyuushijin's cold gaze focused on Verin for a long moment. "I suppose, from that wicked smirk... that you enjoy poetic justice just as much as I, hmm?" he asked before finishing the tea in his cup. But he didn't speak further, his eyes calculating and scanning Verin's reactions and words completely.
Of course, this notion wasn't something that Noriko actually knew. At least not yet. She smiled slightly, "It was a good day, as far as my days have ever gone." Nori replied before laughing softly. "It was rather lonely in that hospital, after all."

Ruthless This is a ruthless world and one must be ruthless to cope with it Shuichi started to smirk at Ryoji but the look in the student's eyes made him flinch away for some reason he didn't totally understand. Whatever had been in that look managed to burn through the fog that clouded the fighter's mind. The pink haired teenager turned his attention to his desk and to his growing collection of origami bugs. He wondered what was going through his Sacrifice's head. You don't really want to know, the voice in his head laughed at him. You are so screwed. The student shook his head telling the voice in his head to shut up and looked up to study Ryoji, why was he so scared, he could easily beat the nerd up. Somehow that idea made him feel sick. Did he really want Ryoji hurt? He shook his head and picked another square of paper and started to studiously fold it into another shuriken. This he sent in the direction of the first, in a sort of mute rebellion.
((Hope you feel better soon))

Even with Ryoji's attention on Rauko once again... that didn't stop his lightning fast reflex. He grabbed the shurikan, violet eyes focusing on Shuichi, before crumpling the paper in his hand. "I suggest..." the purple haired young man spoke calmly, pushing his glasses up on his nose so that the glint off the lenses would make his expression unreadable. "That you not do that again, Hashimoto-san." Ryoji's voice was cool and even, but there was an obviously dangerous undertone to his voice that helped back up his words. If Shuichi did it again... well... Ryoji wasn't going to be responsible for the consequences. He didn't care if Shuichi were his Fighter or not... such behavior wasn't going to be tolerated.

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life."
Rauko allowed his eye to twitch slightly when the paper was thrown. His eyes narrowed only slightly before returning to their normal shape. This kid would pose a problem throughout this class. "Ryoji, I would like to you take the place of my brother today. I would like it if you could explain each step a Sacrifice would take during the spell fight." Rauko stated as he watched another shuriken being thrown.
"Shuichi. I recommend that you stop before I have to get into this." The voice was the same, but there was something else behind it. A threat, maybe even a warning? Those who have been around Rauko long enough would know that way of speaking without batting an eye at it. The cold and calculating side that the Shismar family was known for. A side that could give anyone goosebumps if they weren't already immune to it.
Looking across the room, Rauko allowed a smile. It was one of those smiles that held a double meaning. If needed, Rauko would take action here. "Class, may I have your attention please. It is time we begin. Will those who are new please come to the front of the classroom, I would like to hand out your books as well as get your names. For those who have been here before, are we missing anyone? Also, please open your books to the pages I asked you to read. If you don't know the pages, please ask one close to you." Rauko stated before heading from the middle of the classroom back to his desk.
"Hospitals are always boring and lonely. Its why no one likes them." Aza stated softly before repositioning herself on the bed. She was falling asleep already, yet kept herself awake for her Sacrifice. A habit to never fall asleep when another was in the room.
Setting the now empty cup on the table, Verin looked over Gin before returning his face to blank. "It has its purposes just like everything else." Verin stated, putting nothing more than that into what he had said. If this one wanted to read what he was saying, he would not put any double meanings in a few sentences just to see if his hunches were true. Azreal shook his head before following his Fighter. This one had such a strange way of thinking, it was almost hard to predict what the other would do next. It was fun that way, more challenging to understand his Fighter but truly fun. "You know what?" Azreal asked as he took a bit of his own food, smiling softly at the taste. Just enough seasonings. "We all have moments like those. It helps us learn." He didn't know what else to say, for everything was truly new to him now. He had once seen the world in black and white, now he was seeing in color. He had his other half, he had definition to himself now.

Ruthless This is a ruthless world and one must be ruthless to cope with it A certain atavistic fear sent adrenaline running through his system. Did he really dare to try a third time? For someone he took as a nerd the guy sure had some quick reflexes. Shuichi felt oddly alive for the first time in years, ever since he'd started taking the medicines the doctors proscribed him. He pulled out another square of paper and started folding it, not meeting Ryoji's eyes. "Or what?" He asked simply. Instead of a shuriken, this time he folded a little paper tiger and looked at it as if the cat were more interesting than Ryoji. It was a given that he was pressing his luck but that was half the fun. The voice in his head made a frightened squeak and went silent.
"H-hai Sensei." Shuichi got to his feet and walked to the teacher's desk. Oddly enough, the combination of threats from both his sensei and his sacrifice made him settle down at least for the moment.

(((OOC: Oh, it's only the three of us. I've already made the sweet potatoes and the cranberry sauce and pie crusts. Then on Thursday is cook the turkey, make the stuffing and gravy, cook the two already made dishes, and make crescent rolls. Splitting it into days helps a lot. I'll probably make my dad do the dishes, hehe...))) ~ ~ ~
Yuujinchou laughed softly, "Even if I DO learn... I'm still socially awkward." he replied before using his chopsticks and taking a bite of the eggs. They were delicious, done in this fashion. "This is... really good actually..." the man smiled before continuing. "But... I suppose you're right. My asking was the only way to figure out the answer, even if I sounded like an idiot in the process." Yes, Jin was teasing again. In truth, he was feeling a lot better than he thought he would this early on.
"I can explain it as the book did, of course." Ryoji replied. He knew he wouldn't be able to explain it as if he had experience... but the young man had been able to memorize the pages on Sacrifices. How hard could it be? Sitting down, his amethyst eyes focused on Shuichi for a moment. "I would do as Rauko-sensei asks." Ryoji spoke quietly, his voice too soft for their sensei to hear as he addressed the other students. Carefully, Ryoji took out his own book, placing it on Shuichi's desk. It was, thankfully, already on the bookmarked page. "Besides," the student whispered, his gaze narrowing dangerously. "I'd rather not have to answer your question of, 'or what'." Ryoji smirked. "At least, not publicly."
Yet, Ginyuushijin began to laugh again. "Don't you ever just do something for the sheer enjoyment of it?" he asked with a smirk. "Just because it serves a purpose, Verin-san... doesn't mean that purpose can't be... well... fun."
Smiling, Noriko stood up and looked toward the door. "I suppose one of those other rooms will have a bed in it?" she asked, obviously teasing. She had noticed how tired Aza was, after all.

Ruthless This is a ruthless world and one has to be ruthless to cope with it. Shuichi looked confused for a moment. Who was he supposed to listen to, his Sacrifice or the teacher. He paused halfway between the two of them as he tried to sort the problem out. Finally he just sat back down at his desk and looked at the book Ryoji set at his desk. He didn't really believe what the student told him.
