I be worn out . I exercise continuously, it says only 3 times per day but I do them 5 times per day, I am tired all of the time . I want the full use of my arm back sooner then a year so I will do what I have to to get it done. Maybe in a month I will be strong enough to want to chat longer times but right now it is exercise and the pain that goes with the treatment which takes up 90% of my time.
