Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

Alex smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist, although it was a little akwards with all the arms there so he moved them to her neck. "Me too. But enlighten me. How do you feel about me?" He smiled some more.

"Well, right now I feel like you're the girl by the way are arms are positioned." She chuckled. They two of them switched and Eva began to play with the hair on the back of his neck. "Let's see. How do I feel about you? Other than the fact that I'm madly in love with you?" She shrugged. "I don't know. You're awesome!" She chuckled.

"Madly in love huh? I think I can live with that." He laughed softly and squirmed a little when she played with the hairs on his neck. It tickled a little fo him.  

[elphy_and_fiyero]

"Well, good. I'm glad." She laughed when he began to squirm. "You know you like it." She chuckled. "What about me?" She asked. "How do you feel about me?"

"Of course I like it, you'red doing." He said as squirmed. "And how do I feel about you? I'm glad we met, I think you're the best thing that's ever happened for me. You're absolutely beautiful and smart from what I've seen. And... I don't ever want to be with anyone else."

"Aww, thanks." She said and kissed him. "And there's no one I'd rather spend my time with than you." She smiled and continued to play with the hair on the back of his neck.

"My plesaure." He smiled and blushed slightly when she kissed him as he continued so skirm around.

Eva laughed and stopped playing with his hair. "Do you want me to stop? You can tell me it's ok." She giggled. "You know I've been wondering. How much do you love me?" She asked.

Alex shrugged. "I'd prefer you stop." He smiled at her. "I love you with all my heart, and then some. You draw me to you, just as the moon draws in the water."

She smiled. "Ok, I'll stop. And I feel the same way about you." She giggled. The fast song that had been playing changed to another slow song. Eva lowered her arms and took his hands with a smile. "Dance with me." She said and guided him back to the dance floor. This time the people that watched them smiled at how cute they looked.

He dance with her as they swayed back and forth the gentle music. He looked around and noticed the people. "It's like they've never seen people dance before."

Eva smiled. "Either that or they think that we're the cutest couple in the world." She chuckled. An elderly couple looked over and smiled at them as they held each others hand.
I hope to be like them someday. She thought.

He chuckled a little. "You know, maybe that's just it. We are a couple and you are pretty cute." He smiled as a man walked onto a small stage.

She kissed him again. "Thank you." She smiled. "You're pretty good looking yourself." Eva turned her head and stopped dancing. She wondered what the guy on the stage was going to say.

Alex nodded. "Thanks." He smiled and looked at the guy.

"Ok folks, it's time to crown this year's King and Queen of our little town here. We've tallied up the votes and here are our results..." He opened up a little envelope and some spotlights started to go around the room.
