Twinkle twinkle little star, How I wonder what you are! Up above the world so high,
I can only imagine how bad being sick feels in this weather, Tilly. D:
Hmmm...
I know it can be hot, but don't open the window when you sleep at night. At night, your nerves relax and sometimes a chilly current can kinda... give you problems. Once my grandpa's friend opened the window and fell asleep... he woke up the next morning with his mouth twisted over to one side. Now it's still not completely back in its normal position. If you have wet hair, don't open the window in the room that you are in either. And don't wash yourself with cold water.
Also, try to avoid meat/seafood and oily foods.
That's all I can think of now. >.< Hope that helps.
Like a diamond in the sky, Twinkle twinkle little star, How I wonder what you are!
