She shook her head at Draa and glanced around the crowd. Seeing TES and her brother-in-law, she excused herself and made her way over to them. "Well, don't the two of you just look smashing tonight?  Guess you're going to complain about how much he spent, aren't you, TES? xd "

Shadow laughs a little inside. He was not one that was easily bored. He was partially glad that there were people around to watch and not on a mission. "No worries. I like observing people and their interactions with the people and things around them. I don't easily get bored either."

Amy looked a little surprised as Velcore started to walk away, but when she registered what he said, a small smile appeared on her face. "Food. Of course. He's such a cutie."
Thistle squeaked after him and then looked up at Amy pleadingly.
"You're hungry, too? I swear, anytime Velcore mentions something about food, you get hungry. Come on, sweetie. Let's go get some food."
She went over to a nearby table and started picking out different pieces of fruit to feed Thistle, who she still kept in her arms.

Aqua Springs is the best place to do that at since people are coming and going all day. I sit behind the information desk and greet people, try to help them if they need it, and it is the best vantage point for people watching. It is truly fascinating to see how people as a whole behave."

As she reaches the area set up for Kits show, she looks around the room, eyes growing slightly large at the works around her, as well as the crowd. A server offered her a drink and she accepted a glass of wine, deciding to start her viewing from the right side of the room*

Liada Trovaras Its pronounced Fee-nix. Its a creature of myth, a bird whose body consists of flame. In many legends it is a symbol of death and rebirth. Mostly the rebirth part. Although I say its a creature of myth its very much the real thing, and very gorgeous in person. *they continue to move on and she points to a portrait of Kits with Wings * Oh she looks very cute in this one. She always looks so nice in black.Daniel raised an eyebrow and looked up at Liada. He didn't say anything, but this Fee-nix seemed to have meaning close to home. As they moved on to the next picture, Daniel finally caught sight of Jessi, taking in the art as well, leaning on the arm of another man. Daniel frowned at first, but then just turned back to the picture Liada was pointing out, his concern for the crowd forgotten. "Yeah. It is pretty nice."

And, yes, I'm ready. *He switches his case to his other hand and offers his arm to her, then leads her back to the office where they go through the security scans and head back downstairs for her bags.*

Sakura wondered where Kits was so she could talk to her about her works and let her know she was impressed but as it was so busy she decided to just sit back and relax awhile as she took another mouthful of her drink. She thought Kits had a wonderful turnout and she hoped that she was pleased with her results. She was happy just to hang back on the sidelines before she got a message on her phone. She looked at what it said then finished the last of her drink before she walked out and left the bar thinking she would have to let Kits know about what she thought next time she saw her...for now she had work to do.
