Watching the other come in, he remembered seeing the man in a file. He was indeed a Hyuuga and of the jounin level, a taijutsu and a brawler. He seemed like a capable man to say the least, perhaps not for training a squad but for taking on missions and tasks. Still, he had to be sure that this man was as capable as he seemed. "Nice to meet you. My name is Keiji Chiba. And it's good that you are eager to get to work. First though, our ally Konoha sent a messenger earlier regarding two rogues from their village. An Uchih and a Senju, said to be traveling together." Showing Matsu said shinobi in the bingo book he continued "If these two were brought in by a shinobi of Yukigakure, then it would be quite a statement for our village. The chuunin would be no problem but the Uchiha would be extremely difficult. If you happen to run into them, take out the chuunin first, the Uchiha if possible. But you are by no means allowed to die. If there is no way to win on your own, then you are to flee."

Reaching into a desk drawer to his left, he picked up a pile of papers with B rank missions listed in order. "As for a mission, I will give you a B ranked mission, you may consider it a warm up." When the genin returned, they would deal with matters inside the village. Depending on well Matsu performed, he would be tasked with missions dealing with the outside world. "The new Hokage has not met me yet but I want to show a gesture of good will. Go to Konohagakure and ask the Hokage if he needs help with anything. While you are there, feel free to take note on the state of the village, it's shinobi, etc. I want to know how well our ally fairs." After all, right now Yukigakure had little power. They would need Konoha's help if anything were to happen to them.

Matsu committed the new Yukikage's name to memory and noticed that he had no clan name. This usually meant that the shinobi was skilled in more specific ninja arts rather than bloodline ones. Matsu looked closer when Yukigakure's Bingo Book was shown. Matsu had never seen the Snow village's book and was sort of excited to have the opportunity to see it. There were two rogues, most likely born from Konohagakure, considering their Bloodlines. He found it strange to have two opposing clan members traveling together. Matsu nodded when he heard of how well that would speak of the village to have claimed the rogues for themselves. Apparently, the Senju was a Chunnin but the Uchiha was surely of Jounin rank. The Sharingan was formidable and would be a great obstacle when it came to Taijutsu. After being shown the book, the Yukikage gave him his mission. Seek the Hokage and assist in any way possible. It was ranked as B, rather high depending on the tasks he was going to be given. It all sounded familiar to Matsu but he could not recall of any mission like that. After all, he had lost much of his memory, including that of himself. He had learned to overcome his loss by keeping himself busy with training and missions. Happily, Matsu bowed in agreement to take on the mission. "If I am dismissed, I'll begin immediately." Matsu said with a smile.

It was good to see that the other appeared to be absorbing the information given to him. Keiji knew that since there were apparently not many shinobi in the village, the ones they had would have to be most excellent. He expected this jounin to be good for any mission he may of had in mind that needed handling. "Excellent. Before you go though, if this goes well and you feel confident in your abilities, I may assign you some missions that require you to gather information. Now, you may go ahead and leave, mister Hyuuga."

Matsu bowed once again when he had been let go and briskly paced out the office doors. He wondered what kind of mission the Yukikage had been talking about. I've never been on an espionage mission. Matsu thought as he made his way down the stairs. He looked out to the docks outside the village, hoping that the vessel he usually took was still at bay. Maybe the Yukikage is curious about something and wants information on it. Either way, I'll prove myself worthy and maybe even get a bonus. Matsu grinned at the idea. Being a shinobi was not only a way of life but it was Matsu's career. It was his one source of income. He stepped onto the village streets and headed for the docks.

Since it appeared that he would have some time to himself to train, Keiji decided to take the opportunity. Traveling mostly and not training, he was bound to be a little rusty. The first thing he would certainly go over was his genjutsu. It would be good meditation as well to help increase his chakra. As the Yukikage, he had to be the strongest and most impressive of the village after all. Sitting cross legged in his seat, Keiji decided to go over the basic genjutsu and work his way up. The first he would do was a technique called Depth Distortion. An enemy would be unable to accurately judge distances and that would hinder them considerably. Keiji easily ran through the hand seals, focusing the proper amount of chakra, and using this opportunity to begin his meditations as well, he easily remembered this technique and moved to the next.

[Post 1/1 learned Depth Distortion] [Post 1/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 1/3 Basic Chakra Training: Performance] [Post 1/1 Hi-Chakra Training: Bolster completed]

The next technique was still fairly basic but useful, especially against those of a less sharper mind. A clone would appear, yet it would not be able to move. Instead it would reform every time it was hit, causing exhaustion and frustration if a person were to keep fighting. It was easy enough to review the hand seals for a D-rank technique, this was one that Keiji had used plenty of times before. This was to help set up for further, more advanced techniques involving Cloud Clones. Only a bit of chakra would be use to successfully make the Cloud Clone, he focused his chakra where it needed to go. He did not release it however, he did not want to mess up his office further and there was not really a target to practice this on anyway.

[Post 1/1 Learned Cloud Clone Technique] [Post 2/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 2/3 Basic Chakra Training: Performance] [Post 1/1 Hi-Chakra Training: Bolster completed]

The next technique he would be able to practice in the privacy of his office. It was known as voice of the peculiar. He had learned it since it gave the person the opportunity to sound like people they had met before. Obviously such a technique would be very useful if use for disguises or to throw an enemy off. Once more, the hand seals were very easy to run through and Keiji focused his chakra where it needed to go. In this case, his chakra would need to go to his vocal chords, to change the pitch and such so he could sound like the man who had been in here previously, Matsu Hyuuga. When he finished focusing his chakra, he spoke a couple of phrases and was pleased to hear he sounded just like Matsu. One more technique down.

[Post 1/1 Learned Voice of the Peculiar] [Post 3/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [3/3 Finished basic Chakra Training: Performance] [Post 1/1 Hi-Chakra Training: Bolster completed]

Next was another genjutsu that had originated from the leaf village, known as Touch of the Unfamiliar. The idea was to 'charm' an item and when a person touched it, they would not be sure if the item really existed. Take a kunai for example, if it was charmed and thrown at the person, buried in some part of their body, they would not feel it. They would merely think it to be an illusion until the jutsu wore off a short time later. He easily ran through the hand seals of this basic jutsu. The focus of where his chakra would go would be into his hand, particularly his fingers. Of course he did not 'charm' anything, there was no one to use it on aside from himself. Not that he needed to, he had used this technique plenty of times before.

[Post 1/1 Learned Touch of the Unfamiliar] [Post 4/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 1/3 Basic Chakra Training: Performance] [Post 1/1 Hi-Chakra Training: Bolster completed]

So far, training was going well but there was still so much to go over so that he would not be rusty. This next technique would be good for a distraction, it was a technique called Weapon Multiply. With a single hand seal and the throw of a projectile weapon, the genjutsu would make one look lime many, a hundred, even a thousand projectiles. He could easily pair that with Touch of the Unfamiliar to do some real damage if he executed the technique correctly. The one hand seal was easy enough to remember and form, he focused his chakra into his hand, the one that would draw say a kunai from where his projectiles were hidden on his person, and then transfer the chakra to said projectile.

[Post 1/1 Learned Weapon Multiply] [Post 5/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate complete] [Post 2/3 Basic Chakra Training: Performance] [Post 1/1 Hi-Chakra Training: Bolster completed]

This next technique was useful since it was an extension of the Cloud Clone technique. After generating plenty of Cloud Clones for this technique to work, one would let the opponent strike them. However, with every strike delivered to the clones, they would dissipate into a thick fog that would be hard to dispel with every clone hit. It would be a good distraction and it would cut down on an opponent's visibility. Leaving him open for projectiles that he would not even be able to feel if they were charmed. This would obviously require more hand signs and use more chakra than a simple Cloud Clone. However, this was still fairly simple for Keiji to review and he had no trouble focusing his chakra.

[Post 1/1 Learned Continuous Fog technique] [Post 1/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 3/3 Basic Chakra Training: Performance complete]

This next technique was a personal favorite and a decent offensive genjutsu. The mind of a person greatly affected their performance and Keiji knew that if the mind was crippled, then so was the shinobi. Taking a piece of blank paper from his desk, Keiji shredded it into small pieces and held them in his hand. The idea was to focus his chakra into these pieces of paper or even the air coming from his mouth as he blew on them. They would blow into the opponent's face, fragrant yet annoying at first, yet then the opponent would think that they were suffering from being poisoned. It would last only a little while but the effects would undoubtedly be traumatic as they continued on, believing they only had so much time to live. After focusing his chakra, he set the paper down on his desk and was ready to move onto the next technique.

[Post 1/1 Learned Spell of the Oleander] [Post 2/5 Basic Chakra Training: meditate] [Post 1/4 Chakra Training: Performance]

This next technique would be one that he would personally set up in his office. As the village leader, he was fairly certain that he would come under attack and it was always good to have a precaution of some sort. It was known as Echo of Lament, it would need to be set up prior to any attack happening. Then, with precise chakra control on Keiji's part, he would activate the genjutsu. Until he needed it however, it would remain passive and dormant until activated. Running through the hand seals, Keiji focused his chakra to create the genjutsu he wished to have lay dormant. Honestly, he was not sure how long this jutsu would last but he was sure he would feel if it would dissipate. So he let it be for now and moved on to the next technique he would retrain.

[Post 1/1 Learned Echo of Lament] [Post 3/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 2/4 Chakra Training: Performance]

This next technique was rather devious as some of the recent ones he had been retraining. To make his genjutsu even more effective, he would have to weaken the senses of his more stronger opponents. The idea was to 'charm' an item that would affect an opponent that touched or looked at it. The charmed item would release a specific reaction that the opponent would go through. It would affect one of the five senses, like say an opponent's sight would be affected by them experiencing as if they were going blind. The idea was to use this effect over and over again, to wear the opponent down. Making them that much more susceptible to the mind affecting genjutsu that would be used on them. Without a target to practice on, Keiji merely ran through the hand seals while focusing his chakra to the points that it needed to go to. Until he was satisfied that he had practiced said technique enough and move on to the next.

[Post 1/1 Learned Echo of Defiance technique] [Post 4/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 3/4 Chakra Training: Performance]

Next to relearn was a technique know as the Sly Mind Affect technique. It would be used to throw an opponent off a set trail, to get them lost or wear them out. They would travel around in circles until they finally caught on to the genjutsu. Again, there was really no way to properly use this technique, so Keiji would merely run through the hand seals and focus his chakra. Both were easy enough to accomplish for him of course, since he had already learned this technique a long while ago. Traveling had still made him a bit rusty but it was all coming back to him now. Of course Keiji had no idea if he'd ever need to use his techniques again. Yet if the time did come then he would have to be ready to defend his village.

[Post 1/1 Learned Sly Mind Affect technique] [Post 5/5 Basic Chakra Training: Meditate complete] [Post 4/4 Chakra Training: Performance complete]

This next technique he would relearn before taking a break was known as Reversal. It was quite useful since if any person tried to use a genjutsu on him, he would turn it back on his opponent. They would be under the affect of their own genjutsu for however long it would last. This would be just as easy to go over and relearn but afterwards, he would need to take a break and rest. He had been going non-stop for a long while and he wanted to break incase someone wished to speak with him. Keiji ran through the hand seals needed and focused his chakra. The amount needed would depend on the power of the genjutsu he needed to reflect. However, he put in enough chakra to reflect a C-class technique but did not release his own. Finished for now, Keiji uncrossed his legs and leaned back in his seat with a sigh. He was covering a lot of ground with his techniques but there was still much to relearn.

There was one last simple technique for him to learn and it was known as the Ice Technique. It would be rather fitting if he went anywhere else, since it would make a person feel very cold. Their body might even go numb and it would affect their abilities to fight. On top of that, it would be even more effective if it was used in snowy areas. Say the whole snow country where he would be staying most, if not all of the time now that he was Yukikage. Actually he would most likely just be confined to the hidden village itself. He was needed here now and he would not let his village down. He had already done a great deal of traveling and he was ready to accept his new role to sit behind a desk. He ran through the necessary hand seals for this technique and focused his chakra, even though there was not really a target to use it on. He then moved on to the next technique.

[Post 1/1 Learned Ice Technique] [Post 2/4 Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 2/4 Chakra Training: Performance]

Now it was onto techniques that would require a little more effort to perform and go over. While he had just been rehearsing techniques that ranged from annoying to mildly dangerous, the techniques from now on would be highly dangerous. They would truly mess with a person's mind, they would feel pain from things that were not really there. Their minds would wear down and possibly break if they were not strong enough. These would be techniques reserved for enemies that deserved no mercy. Or for powerful enemies where he had to really delve into his bag of tricks to take down. The first technique he would review was known as Lightning Rain. It was a rather devious and harmful technique to use against an opponent that liked to move around the battlefield. He set to work running through the hand seals and focusing his chakra.

[Post 1/2 Lightnign Rain technique] [Post 3/4 Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 3/4 Chakra Training: Performance]

Despite this technique being more complex, Keiji was able to focus his chakra with a fair amount of ease. Obviously there was a need for more hand seals and more chakra to be able to truly simulate real lightning. The smell, the sound, the feel of it as it burned flesh. It was usually quite cloudy in the snow country. Well, more often than not it was. It would be so easy to fool a person into believing that lightning was striking from the skies. Keiji finished the rehearsal fairly quickly. Despite the complexity of the genjutsu and traveling so much, Keiji was not so out of practice that it would be as if he were learning these techniques for the first time. Soon he was finished, knowing he still remembered how to perform this technique, and was ready to move on.

[Post 2/2 Learned Lightning Rain Technique] [Post 4/4 Chakra Training: Meditate complete] [Post 4/4 Chakra Training: Performance Complete]

Next was another technique that related back to the Cloud Clone genjutsu. It was known as the Hydra Clone technique and it was rather devious. The opponent would believe he was fighting against Kage Bunshin clones. Yet when the opponent struck them, one clone would separate into two. Whether these clones could move or not, he could not remember. Yet Kage Bunshin did move, so he guessed that was a given. It would certainly psyche people out yet if they knew their genjutsu, they would know that a simple kai would dispel the clones. Either way it would be a win-win for Keiji since the opponent was bound to wear out before even thinking of trying to use kai. It was a good technique to have, Keiji was already at work relearning the hand seals and focusing his chakra.

[Post 1/2 Hydra Clone technique] [Post 1/4 Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 1/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Performance]

There would be quite a few more B-ranked techniques after this that he would have to go over again. Then after that came the A-rank and the S-ranked techniques. The S-ranked techniques would undoubtedly be the most difficult to use, they were the end all of genjutsu techniques that were only used if he really needed them. For now though, he would focus on finish his relearning of the technique he was handling right now. He had to keep his mind on the present so that he did not make any mistakes. Despite there not being a target whose mind would be affected by the genjutsu, it was still a little dangerous with the amount of chakra he was using. Yet since it seemed he had a large enough break in people coming to see him, he pulled off his relearning without a hitch.

[Post 2/2 Learned Hydra Clone technique] [Post 2/4 Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 2/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Performance]

Next on the list to learn, another technique from the Cloud Country, was a technique known as Poison Cloud Technique. A cloud would descend from the sky, there would be a strong chemical smell, and then the opponent would feel as if acid was burning away at their skin. There was no point in trying to get out of the cloud or blow it away either, since it would just return and keep going for the duration of the technique. The pain from this technique would be terrible, it would be hard to focus or concentrate during a battle. It would be easier to get all of this retraining done in the academy or dojo. Yet for now, he would have to be content with having some privacy in his own office. At least until another shinobi from the village came by with something that they needed done.

[Post 1/2 Poison Cloud Technique] [Post 3/4 Chakra Training: Meditate] [Post 3/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Performance complete]

So far, things were going as well as could be expected when relearning techniques. He easily remembered the hand seals since he had learned all of these techniques before. Focusing the proper amount of chakra was not a challenge either. It was merely having to take a long while to relearn it that could wear on one's patience. Yet it would all be worth it in the end. Keiji knew he was powerful and to make sure that stayed true, he would have to know each and every one of his techniques. Each was one designed so that he may take the opponent down in some way. To trick their minds into believing that things were there or happening that really weren't. Trick the ind and the body would fall apart under the stress and perceived pain. Once he had felt he had completed relearning this technique, Keiji moved onto the next one.

[Post 2/2 Learned Poison Cloud technique] [Post 4/4 Chakra Training: Meditate complete] [Post 1/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Performance]

These next techniques would come from the rock country, one useful in certain situations, the other useful anywhere. The first that Keiji would be retraining was a technique known as High Altitude. The whole point of this highly complex technique, was to trick the opponent into believing they were at the edge of a very high cliff. The opponent would see themselves near the edge and far down below was a dark abyss. The brain would believe there was little oxygen so there would be troubles breathing. Being too cold from the believed high altitude, vertigo, and so on. It was a good technique to throw a person off, disorient them, and cut down on how much space they believed that they had. The brunette set to work on practicing the hand seals and focusing his chakra. Such a complex technique would require a fairly good amount to pull it off.

[Post 1/2 High Altitude technique] [Post 1/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Concentrate] [Post 2/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Performance]

It was certainly a strain on his body to keep going like this but the male urged himself onward. This was good for him since it did help to increase his chakra. That and he had to be ready for anything. If someone seriously challenged him, he would need to be ready for a fight. If someone tried to kill him, he had to be able to properly defend himself. There were still more B-rank techniques for him to learn before he could move on to even more advanced techniques. Continuing on with his training, Keiji ran through the hand seals a couple of more time. His chakra focused in the places that it needed to go and his chakra pool was increasing. Once he was finished, the male stopped and decided to take a small break for the moment.

[Post 2/2 High Altitude technique learned] [Post 2/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Concentrate] [Post 3/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Performance]

The second B-rank technique from the rock country was quite devious and mentally scarring. It was known as the Stone Body Transformation technique. As the name suggested, the target would slowly begin to feel as if their body was turning to stone. Movement is gone and even the breathing slows down until it is gone as well. Unless the victim used kai, they would slowly lose consciousness from lack of air. It would take a short while but definitely worth it. When a person was slowing down and believed their body was turning to stone, that gave way to panic. People could not think rationally and they would fall for the trap. The Yukikage set to work quickly, running through hand seals and focusing his chakra. To make a person believe such a genjutsu would require plenty of chakra and concentration to make it work, after all.

[Post 1/2 Stone Body Transformation technique] [Post 3/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Concentrate complete] [Post 1/2 High Chakra Training: Performance]

Taking a break from running hand seals, the male took a moment to flex his fingers. Slightly sore, yet nonetheless he would get back to work soon enough. There were still plenty more B-rank techniques to learn before he could move onto A-rank techniques. It was good that he had so much time on his hands now, so much time to relearn a good portion of genjutsu. At the very least, he had to learn the next one before he took another break to let his body rest. Going back to his training, the male continued on performing the necessary hand seals and focusing his chakra to the points that it needed to go. He could feel the chakra flow through his body, pulsing through every inch as it flowed. At least in his office, it was peaceful and tranquil at the moment, perfect enough for meditation. Yet soon he was finished and ready to move on to the next technique.

[Post 2/2 Stone Body Transformation technique Learned] [Post 1/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Concentrate] [1/2 High Chakra Training: Performance]

One last technique and then Keiji would call it a day, so to speak. This technique was known as Echo of Clarity. It was a powerful technique that acted as a kai and he would be able to protect both the minds and up to four senses of his allies. Very useful, yet it would be quite complex and it only lasted for so long. Still, if he was needed in his village, then he would protect the minds of his fellow shinobi if that was what it would be necessary. Keiji set right to work on learning the hand seals necessary for the technique. His chakra flowed through every inch of his body, focusing to where it needed to be. He was almost in a meditative sort of trance as he continued his training. He could feel his chakra increase the more he kept at it. Keiji would see to it that he was the most powerful shinobi in the village. A leader capable of great power and yet he would rule fairly to gain the respect of those that resided within Yukigakure.

[Post 1/2 Echo of Clarity] [Post 2/3 Advanced Chakra Training: Concentrate] [Post 2/2 High Chakra Training: Performance complete]

Nearing the end of his second round of training, Keiji continued at the task of reviewing the hand seals needed to use this technique. Everything was going smoothly so far, but genjutsu was only the first step. He still needed to review his ninjutsu and of course his taijutsu. Without a refresher course in either of those, Keiji could not help but feel slightly vulnerable at the moment. Finishing up his review of the Echo of Clarity technique, Keiji stopped practice for now and merely leaned back in his seat. By now, the Yukikage was feeling quite tired. He hadn't remembered working this hard since he had first started his career as a shinobi. Still, this was bound to be good for him, it helped him to scrape off the rust and dust from his techniques. He'd need to be ready for basically anything. Although if he could put a clone here, he may have the opportunity to go around the village. Perhaps out to train or to see the state of affairs for himself, whatever he needed to have done.

The small white haired boy reached the office in no time and stood at the door, steeling his nerves for what was to come next. All he had to do was ask the Yukikage for permission to go off and train under someone who understands what he is going through, nothing more, nothing less. He hoped the Yukikage would understand. Izaya knocked on the door.

Having stopped to take a break from training, Keiji soon heard someone knocking on the door to his office. No sound from whoever it was, yet the male could sense the familiar chakra. "Mister Izaya. Enter." he called, sitting up straight in his seat before the other entered.

Izaya was still not too surprised that the Kage seemed to just know that it was him at the door. He had come to expect it in the short time he had known the man. He pushed through the door, making his way over to the Yukikage's desk slowly before giving a slight nod out of respect. He knew that the first course of action would be to explain to the Kage where he had been. He inhaled deeply before he began. "First of all I want to let you know that I am just arriving from Kirigakure after accompanying a new friend to meet the Mizukage. I'm sure you remember her. She's the messenger from Konoha that came to you and gave you the information on the two outlaws from her village". He looked away from Yukikage's face and gazed down at the desk before returning his haze to the man. "I want to ask for your permission to become Hitomi's apprentice and train under her. I know this may seem to have come out of the blue, but she understands what I'm going through. She also has the Sakkakugan, just like me, and I think she can help me to better understand my power and control it. You were the one who told me before I left that I should try to find a way to get it under control. Well I've found it". He inhaled deeply once again and ended his appeal on that note. He would now wait for the Yukikage to assimilate his words and come to a decision.

It had crossed his mind that the other had come to his office alone and not with the others. Yet he would give Izaya a chance to speak before he jumped the gun to reprimand the male. As the younger male spoke, the Yukikage shifted in his seat, his right elbow resting on the arm of his chair now. His right leg crossed over the left while his right hand came up, resting near his chin while his index finger hid his lips. He seemed contemplative in this pose, he kept his gaze fixed on Izaya while the male made his request. When the other finally finished, Keiji replied "I do know that you are speaking of Miss Hitomi, and I did know she had the same bloodline as you did. I wished to hold off on telling you such a fact after telling you why you blacked out and such."

With that out of the way, it was time to get to the point of the matter. "Did you just up and leave the others to go with her or did you let them know? You have to be more careful, Izaya. I'm sure you may be able to sense others of your own bloodline, but enemies will disguise themselves to make you drop your guard. I will let this go for now, giving you only a warning to be cautious in the future. As for your request... I don't see why not. Miss Hitomi is of the Leaf Village, they are our allies and so is she. Plus from the looks of the records, there do not seem to be any skilled, Sakkakugan users active within the village. To gain control of your power, you may become her apprentice."

Silence followed his words, the male seeming to mull over something before coming to a conclusion. "And since there is no sightings the Konoha traitors within our borders and such. I will allow you to travel alone if there is no one else to accompany you. Yet I advise caution. Keep your head down and avoid trouble until you reach Konoha. From then on, you are to make a good impression and help out whatever way you can so long as it does not hinder Yukigakure. Now, if there is nothing more to be discussed, you may be on your way, Mister Izaya."

The silence in the room persisted for some time, but Izaya did not let it bother him much, instead keeping his gaze and body language steady so as not to betray his actual nervosity. He watched the Kage shift through several positions before he settled for a single one that made Izaya feel as if he was to prepare for bad news. When the Yukikage made it clear that he knew of whom he spoke, Izaya could only smile slightly before returning to his neutral expression. 'He seems to know everything. I wonder if he knows all there is to know about me too?' That however, was a matter for another time. The man got to the point in a matter of seconds, making it clear that what Izaya did by leaving the others in the dust and going off on his own was wrong, and that he should be more wary. Izaya beamed when he got the approval of the Yukikage to become Hitomi's apprentice, and he felt like going around the table to give the man a hug. He moved to do it too, but after a few steps off to the eight and around the desk he stopped, catching himself with a shake of his head before he looked at the Yukikage and the spot where he had just been standing. 'It's happening again...' He bowed gently before returning to his original place in the office, taking in the rest of the Kage's words. "Thank you sir. I'll be sure to do my best". With that, he turned and made his way to the door and out of the office, on his way to the meeting place.

XXXWith her graduation certificate in hand, a petite hooded figure began the trek through the snow heavy covered streets towards the grand building housing the village's leader. Reaching the massive structure, the petite youngster had a bit of trouble finding her way around the crowds of people busy at work but after much asking and direction following, the young girl found her way to the receptionist's desk. Placing her request in a soft voice, the girl was then directed towards a flight of stairs which she took her time climbing. Bringing down her hood, the girl reached back towards her neck and pushed out against her hair. Smooth, silk quality light brown hair freed themselves of their bondage and flowed freely over her cape and down along her back. The front part of her cape parted to reveal a knee length smoke gray dress. The girl also wore a pair of thick black cotton stockings along with a pair of jet black boots. Mocha brown eyes directed forward, Michiko fiddled idly with her glove covered left hand as she closed the distance between her and the office step by step.

Finally arriving before the door that would lead her into the office that housed their village's kage, Michiko would take a moment to calm herself before knocking softly twice against the door.
"Pardon me, Tenkei Michiko requesting an audience with the Yukikage please." Michiko's voice would be soft and gentle. Since young, Michiko was taught to value her voice and as such, drilled herself to control the volume of which she spoke. She would do her best to also avoid screaming, wailing, and crying as those are a few ways she could injure her voice. Her voice, she learned later on, would become her power. As such, she had to learn to take proper care of it. Should she lose it...she destroys more then half of her bloodline powers. Taking a step back, Michiko's right hand made its way over to her hip where a black leather soft case hung. Fingering it, Michiko took a moment to imagine the precious instrument that laid inside. her voice and her piccolo. Those were her prized weapons and she would do well to treasure them.

It had been amusing to watch Izaya come towards him, guessing that the younger male would try to hug him or something. There really was no need to thank him, it was just good business sense to send Izaya where he would receive proper training. This being made possibly merely because they were allies of Konoha, who housed one wielding the same bloodline as the boy. Merely nodding his head, he watched the male leave before going back to other matters. Namely his practice retraining and the matter of how to improve the state of the village. So far, no other genin had reported back, so he could not assign them any D-Rank missions.

A knock and a soft voice came from the other side of his door. The voice did not sound familiar but the person on the other side sounded young. "Enter." he called out, loud enough so that the girl on the other side would hear him.

XXXMichiko wouldn't have to wait long as soon after she spoke did she hear a loud, authoritative voice call out to her through the door. Taking in one more deep breath through her nose, Michiko would hold it for merely a second or two before letting it out steadily through her slightly parted lips. Letting a smile grace her rather plump little face, Michiko placed her right hand on the doorknob and turned it. Pushing the door open as she stepped forward, Michiko would release her hold on it once she had just enough room to slip through. Clasping her hands immediately together as was taught to her by her mother, Michiko would give the man behind the desk a low respectful bow. "Pardon the intrusion and thank you for seeing me today Yukikage-dono." Raising her head back up, Michiko would flash the man a warm smile before bravely taking a few steps forward and setting her graduation scroll onto his desk. Once she placed it, Michiko would back track back to her original spot as to give the man space. "Once again, my name is Tenkei Michiko, I'm twelve and I've recently graduated from the academy. In that scroll contains my mark and the examiner's signature as proof of my graduation." Saying nothing more, Michiko allowed some time for the Kage to speak as well as to take in her words. Michiko wasn't sure if she had spoken too much in one settling or not but hopefully the Kage wouldn't repremend her too much for her too much for her actions.

Watching the petite girl enter the office, Keiji waited for her to state her business. Although if he had to guess, the obvious assumption would be she was a new graduate from the academy. The male was sitting up straight in his seat, hands folded and resting on his desk as he sized the girl up. While listening to her words, he studied her form, noting that she did not have a strong form. Which was to say he doubted that she was a taijutsu type shinobi. The leather case at her hip was small, too small for any large blade, but large enough for a dagger or even an instrument.

Once she set the graduation scroll on his desk, the Yukikage picked it up with his left hand. Upon opening it, he scanned over everything, doubting that this girl would attempt forgery but being careful all the same. From what he sensed, her chakra checked her out as a genin and everything appeared quite legitimate. "Very well..." reaching into the desk drawer he had placed the headbands in, he took one out and set it on his desk. Near the edge of the other side that Michiko was standing at.

"Congratulations on making it through the academy, Miss Tenkei. From this point forward, you are now officially a shinobi of Yukigakure. I expect you to uphold the new duties and responsibilities that will not be placed upon you. I also expect that, no matter where you go in this world, you will act in a manner that reflects well upon yourself and your village as you work hard to accomplish any mission and complete any training that you must tackle. Good luck." With that out of the way, it was now time to get down to business.

"We're short handed as far as shinobi go. Under the tumultuous leadership of previous Yukikages, this village has gone down hill. For the time being, you may be be without a teacher or even teammates. However, there are scrolls in the academy with all jutsu listed that you may want to learn and missions that you can handle will be given to you. If worse comes to worse though and you need a teacher, our ally Konoha may have someone capable to handle such a task. Now, if you do not plan to train immediately, I will provide you with a mission or two to occupy your free time."

OOC: Not every time. I know that you're on and posting and such, I'll check more often now.
