Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

Eva ran her fingers through his hair. They pulled apart and rested foreheads on each other. She looked into his eyes and smiled. If it was up to her, they would have danced together all night long.

Alex looked back at her with a smile. "I love you Eva." He said softly to her. He knew the song was going to end soon, but he hoped that another slow song would start so they could stay like this.  

[elphy_and_fiyero]

Eva smiled. "I love you too, Alex." She sighed. The song ended but changed to another slow song. The song You and Me by Lifehouse came one and Eva smiled. It was exactly what she wanted to say to him even when she couldn't find the words to.

Alex had heard the song before but had never paid much attention until now. He listened to the words and chuckled to himself. It explained why she was always looking at him. He smiled and held her tightly.

Eva moved closer to him and rested her head on his shoulder. She closed her eyes and didn't care about anything in the world. She was happy where she was and nothing was going to change that.

Alex smiled as they rocked back and forth gently. "Comfy?" He asked her quietly as he kissed thet top of her head.

"Mmmhhmm." She said in almost a whisper. Eva was becoming tired but that was because she was so comfortable where they were.

Alex pulled away a little as the song ended. "C'mon we should go vote for who should dance together." He smiled to her.  

[elphy_and_fiyero]

She smiled. "But I don't know who to vote for? I mean I don't know anyone." She joked and then shrugged. "I guess I'm going to have to vote for us."
 

[NightWerewolf]

He chuckled. "That sounds good to me." He smiled and led her to a back room where a few people were lined up.

They waited in line until they got up for the front. Eva placed her vote and waited for Alex to vote for his. When he came back to her, she looked at him. "Who did you vote for?" She asked. "I voted for the elderly couple over there." She joked.

Alex walked up to her and kissed her gently. "I wanna go up there and dance with you. Who do you think I voted for?" He smiled widely at her.

Eva chuckled. "I know you do. I did the same thing cause I want to dance with you too." She smiled and wrapped her arms around him. "If we don't get it we could always go back to my house and dance some more. I'm sure our little furry matchmaker would love to watch us."
 

[NightWerewolf]

Alex chuckled a little. "Or we do get it and then later we can go and dance at your house anyways." He smiled. "And for a cat, she is really friggen smart." He laughed.

Eva nodded and moved closer to him, wrapping her arms around his waist. "But I'm glad she is. And I'm glad she 'fixed' us up. I've never been happier. And I've never felt the same about anyone the way I feel about you." She smiled.
