*Walks into MW and sees the place is completely empty. He shrugs and goes behind the bar to get a beer since he's been told this is a "help yourself" type of establishment. He takes a look around behind the bar and finds the freezer where Psyzapp has the chilled mugs, grabs one and pours himself a full bodied beer from the tap. He sits at the end of the bar so he can enjoy his beer.*

Kat entered the bar from the office and was on her phone.
"What? Are you sure?...............Double check those numbers, Kyle and get back with me." Frowning, she clicked her phone off and headed to the bar. She looked over and was pleasantly surprised to see Showcase there.
"Well, hey there stranger. What brings you by? wink " She went behind the bar to make a cafe' mocha. Once she had the coffee made, she added a healthy shot of Irish Cream to it and went to sit next to Showcase.

He looked at her and gave her a cocky grin. cool "What brings me by? Just came by to see if you wanted to do something today. You free for the afternoon?" Kat gave him a grin, "I can be.....as long as lunch is involved. wink I was thinking about going to the JD to grab a bite, but we can go somewhere else if you want to." She sipped her coffee and cast a glance at him, "I'm guessing you want to go in my car too? xd " He gave her a sheepish grin, "Well, I'm not going to deny that it would be nice to go in your car......" She laughed, "I knew it! Well, let's quit burning daylight and get outta here then.  " Showcase finished his beer and she took her coffee with her as they made their way downstairs to her quarters so she could grab her purse and keys. They made their way out the back door of her quarters and got into the Lamborghini. Showcase gave her a grin as he started up the car and they pulled out of the parking lot.

*walks over to the main bar after finishing up for the day in the Jade Dragon. He'd originally had the day off, but after two people called in and one just didn't show up, they'd called him. He went in for a few hours, calling the guy who hadn't showed up to tell him not to bother coming in again without a doctor's note, since he'd called in the last three days he was scheduled as well. stressed After a very busy day in the kitchen, he needed a drink.
Going behind the bar, he mixed up a rum and coke and took it around to the other side of the bar and sat down*
*pushes the doors open and walks up to Karrie* Hi Karrie.
Hey Velcore. *pats the dragon on the head*

Let's see... this morning I tripped over one of Amy's kittens and stepped on Thistle's tail while I was trying to keep from falling, so she's pissed off at me. Then I got a call from the JD. Two people called in and another was a no-call no-show. I came in and couldn't call anybody else in. Called the guy who didn't show up to fire him, of course he didn't answer the phone, so I left a message. So, I stayed for the afternoon shift and we were very busy and shorthanded. *takes another drink* Does that answer your question? stare
