"Snap out of what?" he then asked, only momentarily appearing hurt. "Do you not want my undivided attention? All the sweet love I could offer?! Cause Hyd-Baby, you're definitely worth it!" he winked with a wide grin that probably had a brow wiggle added into it if Hyd was paying enough attention.

The cat demon smiled as the bird pae accepted his request. He was pleased that she had accepted, even if she seemed a bit irritated by it, although irritation seemed to be the only response that the female had to him the entire evening, If he hadn't been so enthralled by his sudden urge to dance and the lady's acceptance he would have felt bad about suddenly ending the conversation, as it was he didn't really notice the untimely end of the chatter. "Wonderful, I do believe the dance floor is this way Mi'lady" The three eyed pae stated while gesturing with his arm. After a moment he started to slowly head in said direction. Latter on, once his mind was functioning correctly and if he could find the other demon, he would go apologize for the abrupt end of the conversation.
Hyd leaned back and stared at Sherbet, eyes wide and confused. He glanced around at the others around them before back at Bert for any sort of clues or ideas of what to do to help his friend.
He had none.

Bert nearly purred and stepped closer. Hyd really needed to stop pulling away from him. Any further and Bert could have him pinned to a wall! Well now... there was a tasty image...
Bert giggled a bit and gently toyed with Hyd's hair some more. "Why do you pull away from me, m'dear?" he asked in an almost hushed whisper. He then cooed. "Gah! Your hair is just... Oh! It's absolutely delicious!" he seemed to purr again and moved to brush the dual-colored locks against his cheek.
Hydrangea continued to pull back a bit, shocked by his friends suddenly strong antics. If Hyd didn't know any better, he'd say his friend sure as hoofshine had the hots for him. "You are so not yourseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.." he paused.
The hair. He had the hair again. Tingles shot up the unicorn's spine. It was all down hill the first moment his hair was touched.
Wait? Oh? Well.... yes his hair was quite delicious. He did put his all into it. "Why yes... yes it is." he grinned, lost in the compliments as he stood himself up and ran a hand through his locks.

Dysmas looked around, "Maybe..." They had arrived at the party after a lot of others, perhaps there had been plenty of time for them to have something to drink. He hadn't really been noticing them too much, he was trying his hardest not to pay attention to the others around them. If he didn't notice them, maybe they wouldn't notice him.
Dysmas tilted his head as Sweetie told him to hold on for a moment. What was she doing. He watched her adjust the necklace, strange but it made no difference to him. He gave her a soft smile and then grabbed both of her hands when she was done making the adjustment. He didn't know much about dancing, but just a soft sway from side to side was nice.
(oh, okay! I'm sorry, I could've sworn that was wrapped up already. I'll get you a tag in that :3)
Thalia glanced around at her family's handiwork and chuckled. "Yeah, looks like this is... quite a party." So far, it looked like most of them were enjoying themselves? A couple attendees had made early exits, and she was pretty sure she'd seen another chase one of her family members from the room, but... Venus was happy and there wasn't any rioting, so she figured she could call it a success. "Well, as long as people are happy, I'm happy." She leaned back in her chair a bit. "This many people, it could've gone worse, I'm pretty sure." She glanced over at him. "Do you have any plans for after it wraps up?"

Sweetie Belle smiled softly and rubbed her nose against his, giggling lightly. "Perfect," she murmured, then giggled again. "That makes two of us," she told him. She was so extremely happy at that moment, she couldn't possibly ever be happier than this.....well. Unless Wild Moon asked her to marry him.... She blushed a little at that thought. Here in Telrunya there was much more to be done when one found their special somepony.... Something involving a climb to get a special flower. She sighed contently. It didn't matter either way. She would be with Wild Moon forever.
Ruzeh chuckled wickedly at the blush on Noir's face. "Ooh, look, Noir! A maze~ I bet we could get lost in there for a while," she said with a wink and yanked him toward it with a sultry giggle.
Ophelia squeaked a bit as her rear was pinched. "Oh, my~" she giggled and leaned into the other pae. "Mm, I don't know of any place specific, but I'm sure with a little effort, we could find somewhere," she purred and nipped at his lower lip.
"You weren't mistaken at all, sexy," he grinned at her. "Let's go." He picked her up, again to show off his strength, and carried her outside, wondering if she would object to going behind a stand of bushes...
Kobalt smiled. "Sure! I don't mind." Not like he had anything better to do anyway... He'd come here alone and the way things were looking, he'd most likely leave alone, too. So much for the day of love. Ah, well. He nodded at the other pae's description and started looking for his friend.
Criofan had been a bit more observant than Ei-Kal in that regard, who had not really noticed too overly many of the changes and actions going on around them. He did notice if it looked like they were about to run into someone, but that was generally as far as his kinesthetic awareness went. The fact they seemed to have avoided injury to either themselves or others (though mostly, honestly, themselves) was good enough for him. This was... very nice. Very nice, indeed. There was perhaps a happy sigh or two from him.
"Hm?" He, for the first time since starting to dance, actually paid more than half-attention to the rest of the room. "...Well." Well/. That was a bit of an understatement for some of them. He turned his attention back to Criofan. "I guess it fits, given the circumstances..." Draping his arms over Criofan's shoulders to let his hands dangle, loosely clasped, behind the golden-coloured fae, "Mm... hopefully most of them stay over there..."
Okay, he had to admit, for as exhausting as his sister could be, the excited "Ee!" was incredibly adorable. The fact that it was in shared celebration of his victory only amplified that, and he couldn't help grinning at her. Kheliot even bounced a little bit with her, not even meaning to and just mirroring her enthusiasm for a moment. It was definitely okay that she was making a big deal of it, because it was something Kheliot was actually very, very proud of. He honestly could not wait to tell their fathers what'd happened. It was amazing! If he, uh, did say so himself, anyway!
Which he did!
So!
Where were their fathers, anyway? They'd left them somewhere around here, right? "I am never gonna be able to repeat that," he laughed, "hopefully people believe me when I tell them!"

Malek had gotten particularly closer when he noticed the girl mess with a necklace of sort, turning it around. Was that...? It was the totem (or at least he thought it was). Normally, he might have asked for it with various pathetic hand gestures and pouting, but the way she'd positioned it...
Yeah, it was a sign.
The string seemed thin enough, at least.
When he got close enough, making sure her date wasn't paying attention to him, he silently reached up for it and in a quick movement, pulling it back abruptly to break the string.
Alright, it was a bit more obvious stealing than he would have liked, but he ran away into the crowd the moment it gave way from her neck. With any luck, they wouldn't notice what he had looked like and he could go home.

Natalia looked over to Beau apologetically as he turned to leave, not having intended to actually agree to this dance. Her mind was trying to resist, but her body seemed intent on disregarding anything and everything she wanted and doing its own thing. She didn't take the arm offered, but her feet did move to walk with him. Why was she doing this again?

Nodding, the naiad could understand her feelings quite well. It was why he had left the honorable and pampered life he had grown up with to live a (semi-pampered) simpler and disgraced one. He got to perform, give the little ones laughs and the adults small smiles as they passed. For him, that was more a reward than performing in one of the great musical halls would have been.
Looking back to her, his eyes blinked once at the question. "My only plan had been to return home at some point." He smiled. "Have you an idea in mind of how to spend the evening afterwards?" If this was going where he hoped it was going... well...
He hoped it was going there.

The demon's ears flicked as she heard someone make mention of a maze and she grinned. Now, wouldn't that be an interesting way to direct this? He'd be so lost, trying to look for her, and she'd still come out the winner.
Swishing her tail back and forth, she lightly took two powerful steps forward before jumping up, hitting the wall beside him with her feet, and doing a back flip to land before him. Carefully coercing him, she hooked a single finger forward and back. "Come, less you declare absolute defeat." At that, she took off in the direction of the mentioned maze.

Criofan's eyes lifted with a, "Hm?" in turn when Ei-Kal decided to actually look at the rest of the room.
That was when he snickered.
It seemed like Ei-Kal was finally noticing some of the things going on around them. Criofan, of course, had picked up on them, but the surrounding room seemed to melt away into background noise when he kept his mind on how blissfully happy being with Ei-Kal made him. The well was an accurate assessment of what was going on around them, and Criofan couldn't agree more--
"Hello," murmured Criofan, with a laugh, when Ei-Kal came closer and draped his arms over his shoulders. In turn, Criofan wrapped his arms loosely around Ei-Kal. He felt like he was on some kind of rainbow, with butterflies and birds and the peace and magic of the Fae Clearing...
What had gotten into him?
"I agree. They can stay plenty away from us." The golden faerie offered a grin. "Besides. This is our night, I think. Some time away from the family, just with each other..."
===============
Zaria gave a small little pout when Kheliot said 'hopefully' people believed him.
"Well, I believe you!"
Clearly, that meant everyone would.
"And if they don't listen I'll make them listen!" At this point, she jumped up and punched her fist into her other hand. This probably made her look a bit more violent than she actually meant to, but Kheliot should know her by now. She wasn't violent. Zaria didn't have a violent bone in her body (even if she might want to be violent). She was just ... enthusiastic.
For a moment, she pondered, before giggling, "Our parents will believe you for sure!" Considering they were the ones that Kheliot knew the best, they mattered the most, right? Maybe they would give him a little medal! Or she could make him one! That would be exciting.
Stealing a soft kiss, Wild Moon embraced her in a tight hug, one in which he almost never wanted to let her go from. Grinning as he pulled away from the kiss, he sighed wistfully, his gaze not wanting to leave her, but a loud shout over the crowd drew his attention. Seemed some sort of game was about to start? Maybe this could be fun, especially with Sweetie Belle at his side! "Hey, wanna go check out what the game's all about?" he laughed, taking her hands eagerly and swinging their arms together.
