Personality: As a young child Shori would try to talk to others as much as she could against the will of her clan. As she grew older it changed after a incident involving her parents after that day, Shori has become very successive; she hardly ever speaks. Her eyes have almost literally become the gate way to her soul which she uses as her most common why of communicating with people. When the rare occasion comes that Shori actually does speak it is almost never a complete sentence. She does have emotions and feeling although she tries her hardest to hid them and is often easily hurt by the words of those who she considers close to her.

Shori was born the illegitimate child of Ryuuga and Lin Ketsueki. From birth Shori was shunned by her parents as the child neither of them wanted, but couldn't give away. Shori wasn't much like her other clan members and tried to lead a very social life. Her father was a great shinobi and well known within the clan, but he was one of rather radical ideas which often put him in the hot seat during the clan council meetings. He suggested attempted to branch out connected the Ketsueki clan with other smaller less known clans that had great abilities as away to better the clans technique and it wasn't till that moment that both Ryuuga and Lin began to pay attention to Shori. Shori had a lot of friends at a young age which she attempted to keep hidden from the rest of the clan; they Ryuuga and Lin came to a decision on there own that they would use Shori as a catalyst to combine the Ketsueki clan with another clan. At the time Shori was only six and didn't care they why her parents seemed to suddenly care about her; as long as they cared. Ryuuga and Lin would take Shori off at the cover of night to visit the families of Shori's friends as an attempt to find another clan that's abilities would further play into the abilities of their own. It took months before they found what they believed to be the perfect candidate; Shori began to spend time with a boy a few years older then her named Kenji and it wasn't long before they grew close.
When Shori turned thirteen and was able to bare a child her parents and Kenji's parents began to plan marriage arrangements. It wasn't long after that the clan council discovered Ryuuga's plan. A few of the councilmen felt disgusted that Ryuuga would attempt to combine clans while the others saw no troubles with it believing once it failed he would stop his attempts. and began to plot a plan of their own which would dispose of Kenji's family as well as Ryuuga and his own family. The shady councilmen hired a well known rogue who was revered for his ability to control people by use of genjutsu; they hired him and gave him his assignment. He was tasked with casing his strongest genjutsu over Ryuuga while he slept, he would then make Ryuuga leave and go to the home of Kenji in which he was to slaughter the young boy and his parents then return home and finish off his own family; the rogue would then disple his genjutsu and Ryuuga would be given the death penalty for murdering Lin and his own daughter; they claimed the plan to be full proof. But it didn't work out as planned because one of the shady councilmen couldn't take the strain on his conscience and went to the house that night to tell them both about the plan, but this only forced the rogue to change his strategy. Instead of taking over only Ryuuga he complied both Ryuuga and Lin to kill the councilmen. But things once again didn't go as plan and the councilmen mortally wounded the both of them before he was killed and the sounds of the fighting had woken Shori. She looked out of her room to see her mother and father soaked in their won blood crawling towards her room with two paper bombs. The last thing she remember her mother saying before the explosion was "You've a disappointment to this clan, but I will fix that." Because of the angle of the explosion Shori was forced out of the window instead of killed in the blast like her parents. She was found by the clan head who rushed to the house after hearing the explosion; he took her to the nearby hospital to have her treated for her wounds. When she woke up Shori was unaware of how she had gotten; but she was given a letter by the nurses that was written by the council leader; advising her to say in the village until it he had taken care of a few things within the village. Along with the letter she was left with a picture of her parents; it wasn't long after that she decided to join the join the village to become a shinobi. After that day Shori has hardly spoken a word to anyone.
