Yeah, I say that because I got him from a casino event 3nodding
Same with why Snowagumon is a snowboard junkie... Got her from the snowboardSkeleton portion of the Olympics 3nodding
And Anubimon from the Pyranid Event so he's all about knowledge, death, judgment, and traps xD...
there are more I think, but that's all that I can remember from the top of my head because they're the most memorable...
Edit: Actually Skeleton, but Snowboarding is more easily recognized xD

Gaomon (destin) and Gabumon (dante) are A couple heart
Valkyrimon (Himaki) and Beelzemon (Artemis) are frienemies
Justimon (Ando) and Beelzemon (Artemis) suffer from an S&M kind of situation...
MagnAngemon (Jou) and Dorugreymon (Dante) Make Alphamon
Zeedgarurumon (Destin) and Victorygreymon (Rook) make Omegamon
Bantyoleomon (hiro) and Seraphimon (skylar).... I dunno what to call that xD
Am I missing anything???

Skylar and Hiro seem to have a friendship but thats about it
I'm not sure about any other ones that you mentioned but my favorite is Dante and Destin ^ ^ as well as Artemis and Himaki as Frienemies

Hahaha... truth be told, most of the relationships Chris started xD
Except for the Justimon x Beelzemon situation. I started that one, because of Justimon's nature. He cool and cocky, but a bit of a perv who's one wish is to make all things evil his B****
Hence how that started... Justimon jumped in and next thing you know Beelzemon was walking around with a collar and leash xD
