"So... you two going out or something? I know Alex hasn't been home much." Tyler said and looked at their hands. "And by the looks of things I'm right."
Alex looked at Eva and nodded then looked back to the boys. "Yeah, we're going out."

Eva smiled and then just shrugged. "I don't know what it is. For some reason, he just won't leave me house. He must really like it." She joked.

Alex and three boys just laughed. "He always was one for the spooky places." Jack said and Alex nodded with him.
"Yeah, and I'm proud of it too."

Eva laughed. "Yeah, I'm the same way." She told them. Again, Eva saw that people began to watch her and smile at her and Alex.
Weird. She thought.

Alex smiled and didn't notice the other people watching them. After a while the boys had to leave. One of them had a curfew and the other two had dates. Alex turned back to Eva. "Well, at least they don't think you're a freak." He chuckled.

Eva nodded. "Yeah, they seem nice." She told him and then thought. "You know, come to think of it my brothers would love it here. But let's not tell them that." She suggested.

Alex nodded. "Good idea. I don't mind you're brothers, but they seem a bit over protective. And I'd rather not have a repeat of what happened when we first met." He chuckled and led her to the table with food and stuff.

She nodded. "Yeah, they can't help it sometimes. They think I'm younger than them when it's really visa versa." She said and grabbed some punch for herself. "Hmm, this good. What some?" She asked offering her cup.

Alex smiled and took her cup and took a sip before handing back. "Mmm, it is good." He nodded. "Thanks."

She smiled. "It's nothing I've ever tasted. I really like it." She told him. The song changed to a slower pace but Eva became lost in her own world. Once again, thinking about the two of them dancing by themselves.

He looked to the dance floor, there were a few open spots. He looked back to her and blushed slightly under the dim lighting of the room. "May I have this dance?"

She looked up at him and smiled. "Yes you may." She smiled. Alex guided her to the dance floor and held her close. She smiled and closed her eyes at his warmth.

Alex smiled and danced with Eva and held her close all at once. It was slow but peaceful and he was enjoying the moment they had together.

Eva breathed in his scent. Even if they weren't the only ones on the dance floor, she felt like they were. The room disappeared as they danced. Eva pulled away so she could look at him. Those eyes of his were drawing her in. Suddenly, their lips as they continued to sway back and forth. Eva was in heaven and she didn't want to come down.

Alex kissed her lightly and held her close. He couldn't ask for anymore, just to be here with her... and stay with her. He stared into her eyes lovingly before closing his eyes.
