Erumina sighed as she walked around the jungle with Angewomon following behind her.
The jungle was humid, and it made her skin all sticky.
The jungle was silent, since they were far away from the part of the jungle that tamers usually wander.

Erumina slowed down her pace and looked around,
she was getting lonely, since she hadn't seen a tamer in days,
her only company was Angewomon.

"Hey Angewomon, do you think we should head back?" she asked.

"Head back to where?"

"Back to where most tamers are."

Angewomon nodded, "I think you should, you look so lonely and upset..."

Erumina nodded and started walking south, back to the more urban places of the jungle.

Kazuki and his PawnChessmon had begun to walk around the jungle, looking for a way out of it. He hadn't figured how he got in, but he didn't care much. PawnChessmon was walking quietly next to Kazuki, holding onto his leg. "We seriously got to find a way out of here." Kazuki says with a concerned look. PawnChessmon didn't know what to say to Kazuki. She just kept by Kazuki's side, looking for the way back to the city.

((Well this is a pleasant surprise, glad you’ve joined us Kaya! Just a reminder for anyone that missed the digivolution, Saint Angemon is the name I have given to Lord Holy Angemon))

Gage was holding on to Saint Angemon’s arm as the wind whistled past his head. He looked over toward the Veemon being held in the other arm. Its eyes where closed and its arms where held straight over its head as if he was riding a thrill ride at some amusement park, “Weeeeeeeee!!” Gage could only smile at the little blue creature.

Just then he could hear a familiar voice coming from the same direction they were traveling. At the same time His partner voiced the situation, “Gage, we have an unknown digimon directly ahead in our flight path...”

Gage’s attention was turned forward, he could see some form of flaming bird like digimon off in the distance, his scanner told him it was known as a birdramon, but he had to ignore the rest of the data for the time being. He tried to focus on the form riding on top of it... “Miss Kaya!” he suddenly blurted out. He wanted to stop and find out what had happened to her but there was the matter of their escape and the safely of Sovereign’s egg to consider. They where moving too fast for polite conversation, so as soon as Saint Angemon was close enough Gage looked directly at Kaya and began making hand gestures that she should follow them, after words he flashed 6 fingers, hoping that would explain why they where running.

After passing her by Gage turned toward Stryker, to explain, “Miss Kaya is an old friend of sorts, I believe we can trust her.” He shouted toward the tamer riding his Cyberdramon. Gage continued to look behind them every several minutes. Soon he spotted Nagato coming up behind them, but before he could do anything he already had Kaya trapped. "Alexander, Prepare to Engage!"

Saint Angemon stopped its forward movement and was suddenly engulfed in an array of streaming data, once the light had vanished its form had altered into that of its Champion Stage, Angemon. Gage raised his left arm bent at the elbow positioning his fist close to his face. The bulky watch he was wearing began to emit a soft light as Gage was channeling his inner strength into the device as quickly as possible, he would need to help his partner reach Mega soon if they where going to Save Kaya.

All nagato could do was look to see the fireball coming before it hit him square in the chest. He got knocked about ten feet back from the force, Darkdramon flew to his side, afraid that it had done serious damage. Nagato stood up, but to his surprise, he saw gage, and looked him straight in the eye. The recent memories boiled up into nagato's head. Gage's voice filled his head.
You monster, you're just like lucemon.....Just like lucemon...like lucemon...lucemon. Pain surged through nagato's body, and showed the most in his eyes. Tears welled up, and glinted in the sunlight, obvious to the everyone else as nagato sprinted off into the forest, not caring where he went, or what he did, because he knew no one else did.

Jonny nodded his understanding to Gage, patting Cyberdramon on the flank to signal not to attack. When he looked back up, Nagato had ambushed the young girl, and was holding her hostage. Sure, he didn't like how Gage seemed to be sharing his mission openly with people who were not with Operation Firewall, but if she was an ally, he had to do something.

Jon had pulled out his blue card with one hand, and removed the crest hanging from around his neck with the other. What he would do after that will remain a mystery. Before he could move further, a small fireball shot from the forest toward Nagato, striking him in the chest. He then watched as Nagato ran off into the forest, tears falling from his eyes. 'I can't believe it was ended in such an unceremonious fashion,' the tamer thought, looking down to see the odd person and his Guilmon head off into the forest.

Shaking his head, Jonny steered Cyberdramon toward the Birdramon, replacing his crest and blue card as he neared. Getting close to the bird dragon digimon, Jonny pulled his partner to a stop, and swept his cowboy hat from his head.

"Are you alright? That looked pretty hectic. My name's Jonny." Placing the hat back on his head, he favored the young girl with a smile, before turning back to Gage. "So, head on or chase him down?"
