"Then I'll be counting on you," Kane said, smiling back. As they went, Kane tried to think of what they would od if Canno was the one after them. 'Hmm...I hope things go okay. But I don't think Canno would risk killing us. He's not that reckless...'

Zayroen Ryzil sighed and walked after the angel, wraping an arm around his waist and pulling im close as his other hand caught the gem "dont cry...you look prettier when you smile" he murmured softly into hte males ear Another tear gem fell from Lucca's cheek and a subtle smile formed in his face "Thanks, Ryzil" He said as he held him. After a while, the angel parted te hug "Come on...if we keep like this we will miss them..."

"Can he fight?" Lan asked, disregarding the age. As they walked, his fingers played with the handle of his sword. The smooth touch comforted him

"No," Kane said, "but he probably has some pretty tough gaurds. They should be trouble enough. He's never been a fighter himself. He's," Kane looked down, "he was a very gentle person." Although Kane could vividly remember waht had driven him out of Canno's house in the first place, he could also not forget how Canno had never done anything to hurt him.

"I just want peace" Lan said to Lucca. He continued to stroke the handle. "I wish we didn't have to fight but i cant let him com after Kane" he said.

Kane looked at Lan and said, "And I can't let them hurt you. So we'll noth fight hard for each other." Kane held Lan's hand protectively. Then he asked the angel, "Lucca, How high can you fligh? Maybe if I can't jump the fence you could fly me over?"

"If I carried Ryzil you will be no problem" Said the angel smiling "And don't worry I can fly as high as I know...you arent so accustomed though...so if you're feeling breathless let me know"

"Yeah that would be best" Lan said. "I can wall jump it, but not with someone being carried" he smiled and held Kane's hand. He blushed a little but nothing more.

Supressing a giggle when Lan took hold of his hand, Kane said to Lucca, "Thank you. I've never had to jump the wall before so I don't really know how high it is." As the approached the compound, Kane let go of Lan's hand regretfully. "Well, this is it." A 24 foot wall of solid brick loomed before them like a golem. Trying to jetisen himself over the wall, Kane made it, but over shot the top and fell to the ground on the other side with a thud.

Lucca watched amazed at the huge estructure "Talking about privacy complex!" He said as he aproached Kane "When ever you're ready..." He said spreading his wings

Lan wanted to make sure Kane was okay. He started running at a wall next to the fence. Leaping at it, he began to runup the wall. At the top of the fence he jumped, flipped, and landed on his feet. He looked over concerned at Kane "Are you okay?"

Ryzil sighed and spread his wings, placing both gems in his pocket he scooped the angel up and swiftly flew over "thought you needed help" he said drily as he hovered above the ground
