Jowy awoke strangely more observant than his sworn-brother, Riou. He was a little taller and perhaps even a little more ambitious. As he grows these traits will amplify beside a fierce dedication to Riou as his closest friend. Currently, he's curious and eager to learn everything and anything he can. He and Riou both are a bit of oddballs as they were woven close to the Water Capital rather than within the earth tribe's territory. Jowy doesn't feel entirely like he belongs, but the Water Tribe is his homeland and he'll do anything to defend it.
