It might be a minor delayed side effect from the anesthetic they used. ^ ^;
The easiest way to get rid of it would probably be to eat what you can till you're nearly bloated, then try exercising to see what energy is actually being used by your body... *Cough*

At least it's the back of the ear, Shin. The worst ones are the ones that settle in your ear, just outside the ear canal. Oh my god, that sucks. xD
