I blame my friend Anita!!! scream And she's here, somewhere!! I spent the night at her house and she put on some music. She played the "Im not okay (i Promise)" music video on youtube, and I fell in love with them and demanded music from her iTunes. Okay I didn't demand, she offered, but still!!!! So now I'm OBSSESED!!!

MY PARENTS!!!
Yes, I have my parents to thank (or blame?) for my obsession with Gerard , the rest of the band, and their music. My mom was at home one day, I was at school, and she saw the video for "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)". That night, when my dad, my brothers, and I were all home, she started telling us about this video she had seen. About two days later, I was sitting in my bedroom and my mom yelled for my dad and me to come into our living room. It was the middle of "Okay". I sat and watched in awe. I wasn't a music junkie like I am now, so this is was amazing to me. How could a band like this make music like this?!?! My dad went online and found out more about them. I was pulled into MCR by my 'rents... just another reason to love them as much as I do!

(My dad did get me an MCR tshirt, 2 albums (I still have to get bullets) and the dvd though)

I think it was early 2003 when my best friend, whom recently passed took me to a concert [more like gig...] and I instantly feel in love with them. I remember when 'bullets' came out I freaked out! Gawd...they rock.

Well i'm from Jersey..(live like... 20 mins from where the Ways grew up)... so I had heard of them through my friends who were on the scene...one of my friends became very into them and she sorta hooked me on them like 2 ish years ago... but then had a really bad experience shortly after and sorta turned my back on music... so it took about a year after for me to get out of it and rediscover all my old bands...

I'm from NJ and a while back my cousin showed me a demo of theirs. She said they were a band from around my area and that I should listen to them. They were alright, but now they've grown into an amazinggg band! =]

It was in the summer a couple years back, and I was watching MTV (back when they actually played Music Videos). T-Minus rock was on, and they played Helena. At first I was like "Hm, this looks interesting"
Then I saw the actual band and immediately fell in love. Especially when I saw Gerard. I was like "... Oh my GOD he`s ADORABLE!" Then I saw Frankie, Mikey, Ray and Bob and was like "Holy s**t.. they`re all freaken adorable!"
Then I listened to the whole music video and was blown away. I HAD to get TCfSR. and I fell in love with them

I first saw their Helena video on Fuse at my best friends house. I would constantly watch Fuse just to see that video again. Eventually I bought Three Cheers then soon bought I brought you my bullets, you brought me your love. I've pretty much been in love with them ever since.
