We care and act as we see fit, to show our careless wit.
As soon as Shun was close enough in range, she laughed herself at Shun, in a random glompage then hugged him. As she hugged him she felt her mark hurt more as he glanced at Shun. No way...Shun is my fighter... she thought in hidden shock. Letting go of Shun, hugging Kiki, then Kino. "Okay..either this is a dream or messed up but really good events..." she said in slight disbelief.

We fall into slumber but are never graced with dreamed filled nights.

Aya laughed lightly as Fuki random glomp Shun out of nowhere. "I take option number two Fuki" Aya said chuckling as he stood next to Kino. He felt his mark resonate in a tingling pulsing pain. He glanced at Fuki, seeing the slight hidden shock on her, that Shun seemed to be her fighter. He glanced up at Kino. Is Kino my fighter... he thought to himself.

"We fall into slumber but are never graced with dreamed filled nights."

Kino nodded his head as he gave Fuki a one arm hug the flinched when his mark started to burn lsightly. He looked Fuki's shocked face then at Aya and wondered the same thing as he unconsciously stared at him.

"We care and act as we see fit, to show our careless wit."

Shun blinked several times when he was glomped and blushed lgihtly as he hugged back and smiled. "Ow." Shun said as he itched the back of his neck again in irritation. "What's wrong Shu-kun?" Kiki asked as she gave a worried look. "Nothing..my neck just burns a bit." He sia d as he smiled

((Edited previous post to synchronize better with the other chara's posts))

In Hisa's moment of indecision, several students passed in and out of the door, giving her glimpses of what the classroom looked like within. The chairs had been arranged in a broken circle and it seemed the class was run by two teachers, a male and a female. It all further piqued her interest in what the class was about.

Still relatively upset, she felt her tail switching and her usual reserve about teachers returning. They always believed they understood everything, when they truly understood little. It irked Hisa. Before entering, she allowed an edge of menace to pervade her. Hisa wasn't going to make it easy for anyone.

Yet, as she touched her hand to the doorknob, the pulsing in her left shoulder intensified again, making it hard to hold that appearance. Ignoring it, Hisa opened the door and stepped through without looking at anyone, plopping down in a chair that was already part of the circle. She tried to look disinterested.

Shaking his head, Yuujinchou moved to throw the pear's core into the kitchen trash. "It doesn't matter to me really... I'm just famished." he threw Azreal a slight smile. "Besides, you're the one cooking. You should pick."
There was a soft 'thud' as the pear core fell into the bottom of the trash, and Jin's blue gaze moved from the basket back to Azreal.
"Really. As long as I have leave to use you and Rauko-san's coffee pot, then I'll be perfectly fine."
He felt a lot better actually, even though he was hiding a lot of how he truly felt.
The weakness he was overcoming with sheer willpower, and a wish to not worry his Sacrifice any more than need be. His own confusion he had pushed to the back of his mind, vowing to deal with it at a later date.
The threat of being attacked again was real and staring him in the face... and Yuujinchou was going to do everything in his power to be ready.
Just in case...

He saw the other students enter the room.
The twins.
Though Ryoji had seen them around before, he had never had a class with either.
Hearing his sensei admit to being without a Sacrifice, gave the young man pause, and also seemed to claim most of his attention at the moment.
'Is it truly wise to admit something like that?' he wondered, moving another desk out of the way.

"You don't?" Ginyuushijin asked, moving over to the door in the room and signaling for a servant.
The woman didn't enter the room, nor even look within, mainly because Gin had kept his body in direct line of Verin, blocking him from the woman's sight.
"Bring some tea. Leave it outside the door." the man spoke before the woman hurried off.
He turned, cold eyes focusing on Verin once more, "You seemed to me to be a man who understood the feelings of a blank, Verin-san." Gin spoke, moving back into the room to sit down a few feet in front of the other man again.
Ginyuushijin lay on his left side again, head propped up on an elbow, as he spoke. "In fact... I would bet you understand those feelings better than most who are blank."
He could have phrased the sentence in a different manner... but if he has said 'better than most others' then that would be asserting that he thought Verin was a blank.
And asserting that one knew anything about the man before him... was a dangerous thing to do.
"Yes, wanting and needing are different." Ginyuushijin continued, as if bored. "But wanting is so much more impulsive and desirable than needing. We want what we can't have, after all." he added with a smirk.

Noriko shook her head, "This is just crazy." she replied, closing the door to another room. "One person doesn't need all this space. It's simply wasted!"
But the young woman started laughing, before bounding forward and linking her arm with Aza's own.
"On the other hand... makes it a lot easier when company comes, ne?"

Ruthless
"This is a ruthless world and one must be ruthless to cope with it"
Shuichi opened the door to the classroom and handed his transfer papers to Rauko. His tail twitched, reflecting his slight embarrasment at running into the door. Things were starting to take the hazy appearance that meant his medicines were kicking in. Which meant he had strong feelings about something. He raised his head and looked around the classroom, feeling a slight pull from somewhere. His eyes landed on Ryoji for a moment and he shook his head slightly.

It may not have been wise to state that he had not found his Sacrifice yet, but he was an honest man. For a Fighter, that may be a risky fact, yet it was who Rauko was. He repelled anything that his father was, and his father was the biggest liar he had ever known. Hell, his father could have been a Dark Fighter for all that he knew! Even if he wanted to forget everything, he was reminded every day about his father just because of what side he fell on in this world. His father was a Fighter, just like he was. Azreal got off lucky there.

Watching the twins, he raised an eyebrow at their leave. Where were they going off too? Looking at his watch, he shook his head. No need to worry, they would be back before class started. It was still rather early for even his own door to be open for class, yet today was a different day. Today was the first day of the fights and it would not be the last day of it either. Many kids, in truth, were here before the first bell many times before. Fighters talking with their Sacrifices and teams finding those teams that they wanted to spar with during the class. Even after school, when Azreal conducted after school lessons.

As the next student walked in, Rauko raised an eyebrow. A new kid for sure. Looking over the papers that were handed to him, he chuckled slightly. "Welcome, Shuichi, to your first period class. My name is Mr. Shismar, but please call me Rauko-sensei. My brother in this class isn't here today, but you will be introduced when he comes in." There was something about this one. He was a Fighter, and by telling how he was acting this close to another Fighter, very untrained at that.

Aza could only chuckle at her Sacrifice's hyper attitude. "It's not wasted, just not used." Aza stated with a soft smile. Snagging Nori's hand, Aza intertwined their fingers as they stopped at a slightly opened door.
"Yes, when company comes it does make things easier." Yet, when had they ever had company? Oh well. Pushing the door the rest of the way open, the first thing one seen was the weapons that lined the walls, a few of the furniture in the room and a few broken weapons on the floor. "Welcome to my room."

User Image
Verin blinked when the other stood, finding his fingers wrapped around hard leather. In this position, sitting like he was, only the dagger on his arms would suffice. As the other headed towards the door, Verin prepared himself for the light. Even if it was slight, Verin found himself closing his eyes and moving his face into the darkness again. Sure, Gin was blocking the door, but he was very light sensitive.
Such a perfect test. Gin played right into it. Well, mostly. Gin knew something else besides what he was saying. So, his knight might just be a better and riskier pawn than what he had first thought. When Gin said what he had to about that simple test, Verin found him smirking again. This one knew what was best when coming out and saying something like this. Never state plainly that you knew any secrets. Sure, Gin may know a few, possibly even the one that was a test now, but he wouldn't come right out and say it.
"And what do you want, Ginyuushijin?" Verin acted as if he was just asking a question to continue the conversation. In truth, it was yet another test. What was Gin after? What did he want?

User Image

Well, if he was going to pick, "How does eggs and bacon sound?" Some American food, Azreal just couldn't get enough of. A warm smile was given to Jin, clearly falling for cover up. He could tell that Jin was still weak, but not to what level. Their connection wasn't that good, yet.
"I will have to fish it out, but sure." They did have a coffee pot, saved for guests who loved coffee. Neither did drink coffee in the morning, tea for Rauko and juice for Azreal. Now, where did his brother stash that machine? Hm.
When Azreal looked over his Fighter, he just wished that their connection was stronger. Then again, did he truly? Did he want another to share who he was? That would be something he would have to think about later. For now, breakfast and then figuring out the best and wisest way to train his Fighter.
