Lucy saw the Trolly witch and bought some, choclate frogs and a cauldron cake. She walked back into the compartment, and sat down. Sir Duckie jumped into her lap, and started purring. Lucy ate her treats quietly,and pet her cat.

Sarah laughed. "He won't be that bad. He knows the professors would punish him. He'll just sleep. He has a thing for people who somehow understand him. And she pegged his personality easy. He won't stalk you though. As he seems to like to think, he's a respectable cat." Sarah reached over to scratch Link under his chin, causing the loudest purring heard yet. "Yes you think you're a dignified little kitty, don't you?" Link closed his eyes in happiness. "Alright, Link. Let's give Lyra a break from your affections. Back to my lap." Link obeyed, giving Lyra one last nuzzle to her cheek, then walked over and curled up in Sarah's lap. "I think it's a lot more affectionate because like me, he's a little more comfortable this term. We were both nervous last term, it being the first."

The new hufflepuff was getting quite annoyed that she could find a seat and finally yelled" DOES ANYBODY HAVE AN EXTRA SEAT???"

"Yep, Lyra, unless Link finds someone else to stalk," Kitty took a deep breath and said the rest in one go, "then he shall be your stalker and mysteriously get into your Common Room and follow you around and disrupt all your classes unless you pet him." Kitty nodded 3nodding and petted Mittens some more.

Lyra laughed. "Ok. Works for me. Whether he stalks me or not, I hope I get to see him occasionally." Lyra watched Link walk over to Sarah and curl up in her lap. She flexed her hand. "Thanks, Sarah. My hand was beginning to cramp up from petting him so much. He's just so irresistible." Reaching over, Lyra briefly scratched under Link's chin, then smiled guiltily.

Lyra jumped as someone yelled. "Jeez, there's no need to yell. There's plenty of other compartments with empty seats, and this one seems to be expanding or something to fit more people, so there should be an empty seat somewhere."  

[Corona Australis]

Tracy saw the new Hufflepuff yelling and she went up to her and said," I'm looking for a seat to let's look together. Tracy started to walk down the corridor again then looked back to see if the girl was following her.

Sarah smiled at Lyra, as Link purred. "He steals attention like that." Both Sarah and Link jumped at the yelling. Link's fur puffed out as he looked around in defensive mode. Sarah reached over and pet him to calm him back down. "It's okay." He sat back in her lap and went back to sleep. "There should be a seat somewhere."

"Ya, I know. I can't help but feel a bit guilty for being the cause of him not paying so much attention to you, though."  

[GeorgesPrincess]

Princess pushes her Trolley up to the train and prepares to board. She grabs her trunk, and her beautiful owl's cage. "Bye, Mum, Bye Da! I will write you about Christmas break." Princess puts Nickedemus her owl down and hugs her parents. She then picks up her owl once again and steps onto the train as a 3rd year student, and prefect of Ravenclaw house which happened to be the house to win the house cup last term!

She turns around after ascending the last step and waves goodbye to her parents one last time and proceeds to try and find her compartment of fellow Ravenclaws. She slowly walks down and passes a couple of extremely full compartments. She sees Juni, and waves to her "Hi Juni!" She also sees Ann in the same compartment and acknowledges her as well. "Hi ya Ann!" Princess continues further down trying to see if Mikki or Lyra are on the train to greet them as well. She slowly approaches the 2nd noisy and somewhat crowded compartment and tries to carefully peek inside.

Lyra sees the door to the compartment open and Princess pokes her head inside. "Hey, Princess. Would you like to join us? The compartment seems to keep expanding, so it doesn't really get TOO crowded. I would suggest putting you stuff in another compartment, though, if you do join us. That's what I did."

A bit startled as Fearless burts into the compartment, his stomach drops at the sight of her. Feeling his face get hot as she grabs his hand to take him to the other compartment, he quickly gets his things.
"well, uhm, hi!" Says Zack, "i missed you," he finishes as she is pulling him allong the train to the other compartment.
 

[MikeDrawl]

"Urgh..." Fearless said as she heard him said that. She dropped his hand and blushed. "I... I missed you too..." Fearless smiled. Her hand snaked automatically to his and suddenly, they were clasping hands. She smiled shyly at Zack, and they started walking towards the compartment.  

[GeorgesPrincess]

Upon hearing her name Princess quickly stands on her tippy toes and scans the crowded compartment. She spots Lyra on one side of the compartment "Hi Lyra! Thanks for the tip I will definitely do exactly that very thing." Princess politely excuses herself and goes down to the prefects compartment and finds a seat. She lifts up her trunk and places it on her seat and hangs Nickedemus's cage by the window. She feeds him a few owl treats and makes sure he has some water before leaving the compartment. "Goodnight Nic, I shall see you soon."

Princess walks back to the 2nd compartment she passed and tries to enter to say 'hello' to everyone.

"Ok, Princess. See you in a minute." When Princess returns, Lyra slides over a bit to make room. "Princess, this is Sarah and her cat, Link." Lyra motions towards Sarah, sitting on her other side, and pets Link.  

[GeorgesPrincess]

Princess politely takes a seat next to Lyra. "Hello Sarah it is lovely to meet you." Princess pulls out her wand and transfigures a tennis ball into a small mouse toy filled with catnip and carefully presents it to Link. "Hi Link.." she whispers softly .."I hope you like your toy." Princess quietly giggles as she turns her attention to Sarah and Lyra.

[[I thought I may have messed thing up just now, but I didn't. I realized that I was sitting next to both Sarah and you, Princess, and then I realized that I might be sitting next to Kitty as well. Kitty never specified where she was sitting though, so I think I'm ok.]]
