Kat pulls up behind MW and parked in the space nearest the rear entrance to her quarters. Getting out, she stretches before grabbing her overnight bag from the passenger seat of the car. She had gone to visit her mother for a few days and take her the presents she had bought for her.
They had had a good visit. She had updated her mother on the happenings in the bar, but didn't say anything about her discovering that she had a sibling. She saw no reason to tell her mother anyways.....it's not like she and TES were close like most normal siblings. She also filled her in on the details of Psy's wedding, and even recounted some of Psy's finer Bridezilla moments.
Now that she was back in town, all she wanted to do was get unpacked and go up for a quick one. Once inside, she put her toiletries away and put her clothes in the hamper. Grabbing her keys and phone, she headed out the front door, locking it behind her and headed up to the bar.
Once upstairs, she sees that the bar was empty. A bit relieved, as she was tired from the drive, she went behind the bar and quickly made a cherry vodka sour. Taking her beverage, she has a seat at the bar and sips it, sighing a bit and rolling her head to stretch her neck.
