Seriously, I was ok with the series till the fourth book. It was pretty Mary Sue before, but I attributed it to Bella being mentally handicapped by stupid.

But with ALL that happened in that last book....just DAMN.

Even my mom. She went by the "it's so bad, I have to watch it to make fun of it" excuse.
My poor Mimi. Had a masters in creative writing. Beautiful poet, novelist.
And her daughter succumbs to that s**t.

But I suppose it's all in the insertion of the writing. The author was inserting herself, and it's written so that all lonely moms/wives can insert themselves. And teenage girls.
